Underground, tectonic and introverted. Only visible from the outside by bands that stand on the line of the ground’s slope. The rigid lines expressed outside organize and planning the interior, proposing a dual functionality as they give structural materiality and compartmentalize the project inside. The project presents a continuous skin that covers the vertical and horizontal elements protruding structure. It is projected by double metal tubular frame combined with
glass and interior wall linings. The panels show a set of variable size holes that filter the light entering the interior. The project gives vital importance to light as non-tangible. Each space has its own light and establishes a unique relationship with it. The concrete wall systems below ground are the massive and sturdy skeleton of the project, while the metal frame that rests on them represents the lightness.

The idea of this project was create a new continuos green space to the city as a conection of an existing green artery. This decision developed a project as a landscape and urban operation blurring the boundaries between architecture and green spaces, as well as creating a continuity with the river shore and the city. It will act as a bioclimatic envelope of its in-
terior spaces. The artificial plane which was unfolded in three surfaces contained an inner wold of comercial and cultural facilities such as a street market and a museum. The access to these equipments were thought as fissures into the green layers. Different equipment cross the green surface, generating numerous paths and static spaces between them. Pรกg. 09
