・ This research published on Elsevier. This research aims to find the element factors, designing architecture elements and planning evacuation routes that can help residents to survive when emergency event occurs in a historic canal residential area. In this study, vulnerable area from primary state of fire disaster will be studied to obtain essential results from GIS and realistic simulation softwares.
