Everyone’s power to manifest their own desires directly corresponds to the amount of awareness they have.
Wealthy, successful entrepreneurs are concerned with educating their family on the importance of h av i n g a g o o d ‘ f i n a n c i a l ’ education as opposed to a straightforward traditional education that kids are taught in school (get an education, get a job, get a life). Successful entrepreneurs k n ow t h e i r k i d s a re n’t going to study financial sk ills in school on how to produce cash with their ideas and businesses or learn the required skills to generate wealth and stay that way. Consequently, we all need to teach kids the real rules of cash and value.
Successful entrepreneurs are concerned with producing as much passive revenue as they may and work ing less and l e s s fo r e a r n e d r e v e n u e. Th i s, th e y k n ow w i l l h e l p them continue getting w e a l t h i e r. Law of attraction We’ve heard of the Law of Attraction and many entrepreneurs understand that it works. So keep increasing your awareness of this so it can really play a par t in helping you think like a s u cce s s f u l e n t re p re n e u r. The theory is that ‘like

E v e r y o n e ’s p o w e r t o manifest their own desires directly corresponds to the amount of awareness they have. So attempt to notice when you are saying negative words, or believing damaging thoughts and tr y to repeat them directly in a more positive and affirming way. Do You Play to Win o r Lo s e ? ‘ Wi n n i n g ! ’ I t ’s t h e c a t c h cry of a somewhat jaded tv personality who at the height of his career cer tainly was the personification of ‘ Winning’...great lifestyle, in demand, booming c a r e e r. B u t w h a t d o e s ‘ w i n n i n g’ re a l l y m e a n ? The mentality of a winner goes far beyond the spor ting field. I t ex tends t o r e l a t i o n s h i p s , f a m i l y, c a reer, and m o ney.
Much of ‘winning’ is a mental state, a readiness by design, a mindset. For tunately the old a d a g e o f t h e ‘n i c e g u y s finish last’ is becoming j u s t t h a t , a n O L D a d a g e. Many exper ts believe that being prepared is the ‘ w i n n i n g’ i n g r e d i e n t f o r success. Readiness comes i n m a ny d i f fe re n t fo r m s. An athlete gears up his body for competition by training, a pupil sets up her brain for an examination by studying.
In order to understand how to get to be a ‘winner’, you likewise have to learn how to lose.
When your body and brain are correctly prepared, t h e p s y c h o l o g i c a l e f fe c t of turning into a winner is greatly heightened. In order to understand how to get to be a ‘ w i n n e r ’, y o u l i k e w i s e have to learn how to lose. Why? Because valuable l e s s o n s m ay b e a cq u i re d by losing. I t is significant to re m e m b e r t h a t l o s i n g i s n’t a n i n d i c t m e n t o f yo u r i n ab i l i t y ; i nstea d, it o u g h t t o b e v i e we d a s a learning tool utilised to better your sk ills. The ac t of losing may be made positive by managing future emotions and a n a l ys i n g p e r fo r m a n ce.
LILY Online Magazine Many psychologists b e l i e v e i t ’s h a r d , i f n o t inconceivable, to win without first founding a distinct set of goals. Fo r m u l a t i n g g o a l s , y o u r blueprint for success, is the firs t s tep to wi n ni n g. I t ’s c r u c i a l t o e s t a b l i s h a n hones t s et o f g o a ls i n envisioning success. If you can’t see what being a ‘winner’ will look like then it may never happen. Winning is a composite e n t r e p r e n e u r i a l l i fe s t y l e process that involves preparedness, training, dedication and goals, a formula that frequently is beyond the dedication level of many. Only those who have the power to envision their entrepreneurial success can truly achieve it.
Su cce s s f u l entrepreneurs a re D o e r s n o t D re a m e r s ! These days young people are sent very mixed messages, take this one for example...“ You can do A N Y T H I N G ”. S u r e w e t e l l them that. But then we
tell them to go to school, g o t o U n i o r g e t a j o b. S o w h a t i f w e s a i d “ Yo u can do ANY THING” and actually meant it? One defining charac teristic of a successful entrepreneur is that ‘I can do ANY THING’ attitude. ‘ The sky is the l i m i t ! ’. H owe ve r s o o f te n think ing outside the box, s t a r t i n g a ‘d re a m’ yo u n g or trying something alternative to the stock standard education and job route is discouraged. Where does that align with our modern culture of “ Yo u c an d o A NY T H IN G?” S o why is it that almost ever yo n e h as a ‘ D re am” b ut s o fe w fo l l ow i t an d a ch i e ve i t ? The f i r st re aso n m o st i nd i v i d u al s d o n’t g e t what they wish for is that they don’t k n ow what it is?

The difference between dreaming and doing is that successful entrepreneurs are totally clear that they f i r s t l y w a n t ‘ s u c c e s s ’. T h e y ’re u nw a ve r i n g i n their desire. They are totally dedicated to creating it. Positive t h o u g h t d o e s wo r k w hen it comes to being an e n t r e p r e n e u r, b e c a u s e it can turn doubt into action, because you are in control. The only one h o l d i n g a n e n t re p re n e u r b ac k i s t h e m se l ves. S o... 1. Decide on a goal. 2. Figure out a plan. 3. Work out what you have to do to get there. I t might call for tak ing classes, improving yourself, moving to a d i f fe re n t c i t y. A r r a n g e small goals, like stepping stones, to your ultimate accomplishment. Reward yourself each time you a cco m p l i s h o n e o f t h e s e m i n i - g o al s.
I t ’s crucial to establish an honest set of goals in envisioning success.
The dif ference be t we e en dreaming and doing is that success f u l entrepreneurs are to o tally clear that they firstly want ‘s uccess’. The y ’re unwave r i n g in t heir d esire.

Physiologically stress has a major impac t on our endocrine and ner vous systems resulting in an increase of stored sugars, elevated blood pressure and lowered immune response to n a m e j u s t a fe w a f fe c t s . Burnt ou t and Bitter co nt....
I had been in the same f i e l d o f wor k fo r a b o u t 8 years, but moving from job to job approximately every two years. This is kind of normal these days bu t back t hen, mo s t people stayed in their jobs around five years and in that time progressed through an organisation, developing their skills a n d e x p a n d i n g i n to n e w j ob roles. I , h owe ve r, m ove d from organisation to organisation under tak ing fairly similar job roles. I always told myself t h a t t h e r e a s o n I d i d n’ t progress in my career w a s t h e o r g a n i s a t i o n ’s fa u lt for not reco gni s i n g my talent. It was never about the energy I brought to the space and associated behaviour that held me back . As far as I was concerned I was passionate, committed and worked hard; and I was, but the inte ntion in which I approached my work turned out to be
the barrier. M y approach wa s to wo r k w i t h a f i e rce intensit y, and that fire in the belly burnt me out a n d s i n g e d t h o se aro u n d m e. Over time, I began to explore more deeply the eight limbs of yoga*, and realised that just as our b o d y f u n c t i o n s b e st w i t h all limbs operational, yoga creates the most value w h e n a l l e i g h t l i m b s a re i nve s t i g a te d. A p hys i c a l yoga practice will have benefit, but to take the l e s s o n s we l e a r n i n c l a s s and apply them to our outside lives, the other limbs provide fantastic guideposts to assist us in our endeavours to change. By becoming aware right through to my core, developing some control over my p hy s i o l o g i c a l re s p o n s e s, realising that I was just a small part of this much greater universe I recognised my patterns relating to work and other areas of my life and
made conscious changes. Why Etsy is a great choice to star t building yo u r s m a l l b u s i n e s s w i t h n o r i s k !
Written by Cristina Castro www.sombrasblancasdesign.com
I’m sure almost ever yone has thought about starting a business at some point. Most of the time, we decide not to try because of the r i s k s i nv o l v e d , p r i m a r i l y e c o n o m i c r i s k s . We a l s o have the idea that it takes a long time to open a b u s i n e s s. T h a t m ay h ave been true in the past b u t f o r t u n a t e l y, t h i s i s changing in leaps and bounds. There are many sites where you can open a n o nli n e sh o p an d st ar t selling your products in no time and at a ver y low cost. Etsy is probably the most popular and the one I ’m t a l k i n g a b o u t t o d a y but there are many others li ke B i g Car te l, D aWan d a or Artfire. After some quick research, you will b e a b le to se e w h i c h o n e

WHY TRY

is the best match for your n e e d s. Etsy is an ecommerce platform where you can open your own storefront to sell handmade or vintage items, supplies, unique factorym a n u f a c t u re d i te m s a n d some online services like graphic design. I’ve personally added this last section because it i s n e ve r i n c l u d e d o n t h e site descriptions and it is a fairly large market. If your products are i n c l u d e d i n a ny o f t h e s e categories, take a look at these 5 reasons why Etsy is a good way to star t.
Ex t r em ely aff or dable pr ic i n g You can open a shop with less than $5 of start up costs and more than 20 products. How is that possible? These are the only fees you will have to f ace :
LILY Online Magazine - $ 0 .20 to open yo ur shop - 3 . 5 % o f t h e s a l e p r i ce (not inclu d ing s hi p p i ng costs or taxes). Yo u w i l l re ce i ve a b i l l a t the end of ever y month containing the fees you owe, and you will have until the 15th day of the following month to pay the Etsy bill via credit c a rd or PayPal.
Ex cellent app roa ch t o monit or you r c o m pet itors Etsy can be used as an awesome tool to test and check what is work ing on your market and to set co m p e t i t i ve p r i ce s : 1 . Yo u r p r o d u c t s w i l l appear on the same search system used by other sellers offering s i m i l a r i te m s. D u e to t h i s l a rg e a m o u n t o n o f fe r i t is difficult to be unique on Etsy but at the same time this will allow you to understand which styles, keywords, titles or product photos are se l l ing better. 2. Etsy shop’s public info includes the number of items an owner has s o l d . Yo u c a n e v e n s e e which particular items a nd when were t hey s o ld
When you are starting, you will get much more attention on Etsy than on your own website.
just by clicking on the s h o p s i d e b a r. T h i s i s a n extremely useful tool t o k e e p a n e ye o n s o m e s ucces sf u l se l l e r s i n yo u r s a me n i c h e.
Grea t m ar k et ing bo ost Competition on the site might seem a disadvantage, however it may end up being something positive for your shop traffic. A lot of people prefer Etsy over other platforms to p i c k a gi f t fo r a f r i e n d o r to buy decorations for an event because there is a lot to choose from. The more people visiting, the m o re l i k e l y i t i s fo r yo u r product to be seen and considered. When you a re s t a r t i n g, yo u w i l l g e t m u c h m o re a t te n t i o n o n Etsy than on your own web s i te. Etsy also pays for Google Products Listing Ads without extra costs for you. That means more views and potential buyers, even from outside t he s i te.
It is a big community Forums, teams, Etsy blog, online labs… There are plenty of resources on the site to get in touch with other members, s o lve qu e st i o n s an d re ad ver y useful ar ticles. Plus it works like a social m ed i a p l at fo r m : yo u c an

Ac c ur at e s t at s a n d G oogle Analy t i c s O n e o f t h e b e st to ol s on an Etsy shop is the stats s e c t i o n . Yo u w i l l g e t e x a c t i n fo r m a t i o n a b o u t the number of visits you are receiving ever y d ay, w h i c h i t e m s a n d sec tions they are viewing a n d a d d i n g to f avo r i te s, when and where they are coming from and how they found you. This is great to check your progress and test your marketing campaigns. Yo u c a n a l s o a d d G o o g l e Analytics to your shop ve r y e asi l y to o. I n a n u t s h e l l, E t s y i s t h e per fect laboratory to te st a n e w b u si n e s s idea and star t developing and improving your produc ts with little or no risk at all. My last piece of advice: once your brand is established, open a shop o n yo u r ow n we b si te but never close your Etsy one. Use it to complement your website because it w i l l l e ad so m e b u yer s to y o u t h a t w o u l d n’ t f i n d yo u o t h e r w i se. S e e yo u t h e re !
