INFORMATION TO APPLICANT

According to Compendium EB should: Visit all the EBMs, LCMs, Official events, LCC; Working Conferences; LCPMs, ELETco and international conference (for LCP), fulfill JD for 100%2.

INTRODUCTION to APPLICATION FORM: NOTE: You are applying to EB team, not to specific position so put at least 2 your priorities in your application form (except LCP).

Requirements to application:

SELECTION PROCESS: Application deadline – 22th of January Elections – 1-2d of February (near Lviv on venue) LCP elections (speeches, questions and answers, voting) EB elections (speeches, questions and answers, confident voting, announcement, review boards, announcement) Party and celebration!

1. Complete application form in English. 2. It should be max. 12 A4 pages, font min 10 3. General questions are required for each candidate. 4. Functional Questions are required according to your priorities. 5. Designe your application as you wish. Use your creativity. Please, include in attachement: 1. Motivation letter (1 page A4 max) 2. 2 Endorsement letters from full members in LC ( one of them should be from current EB member). 3. CV (max. 3 pages A4)

Submit your application as a zipped file with all required documents by 23:59 22.01.2014 to liliia.borovets@aiesec.net. Please name them as LCVP_lastname_firstname.zip *All late application wouldn’t be considered even it is late for 1 minute. Job description EB Members AIESEC Lviv: 

      

Design and develop strategy and processes at local level to ensure the development, relevance and competitiveness of the organization in the short and long term ambition. Drive the delivery of exchange experiences according our exchange process, policies and systems. Communicate, empower, guide and involve members to deliver experiences through actions based on the AIESEC Way. Ensure a learning performance of the organization by proving tools, trainings and strategies to the area and LC. Be aware of external trends/opportunities and manage communications and main interactions with diverse external stakeholders. Create a culture of excellence in the LC that guides our LC on the path of constant growth. Represent AIESEC Lviv at local, national and global plenaries. Take responsibility for the development of LC Lviv as for the whole AIESEC in Ukraine entity.

LCP JD: 1. Team culture and management (planning process, building of working environment, manage and track performance of team, development of team corporate culture). 2. Long term strategy & direction (creating local strategy and connecting with national level, ensuring LC is working in accordance with AIESEC Way). 3. Representing of Local Committee (internal - attendance of local, national, international conferences; external – to all our stakeholders and city). 4. Governance and financial sustainability (final responsible for legality of organization’s actions).

VP ICX JD: 1. Responsibility for RA-MA-RE processes flow and results: 2. Raising TN takers, servicing 3. Forms management - creation, raising them in system, ensure their matching. 4. LC to LC cooperation management 5. Ensure fulfillments of quality standards of exchange 6.Management of OCPs of iGCDP projects.

VP ER JD: 1. Sales culture establishing - trainings for LC and ER team. 2. Raising - financial sustainability of LC. 3. Account management of all year partners. 4. Meetings with major and complicated companies. 5. Meetings with ER team 4 times per month. 6. Coaching of Career forums and work with OCPs.

VP oGCDP / oGIP JD: 1. Management of the OGX team (chair area meetings, goal setting & tracking, personal development talks, evaluation and feedback) and coordination of OGX knowledge in LC. 2. Selection and servicing of EPs. 3. Providing quality X 4. Cooperation management 5. Support EPs during matching, Intercultural preparation, Support during X-Stage, Reintegration) 6. Managing Finance Flows together with the Finance direction

VP CMM JD: 1. Implementation of promo-strategy of LC projects (which includes SMM, CMM CRM, providing projects with all basic materials needed (social pages, timelines, guides, education etc.)) 2. Coaching of OCPs of oGCDP project 3. Brand support and development (which includes: Monitoring of standards, Standards education of LC, Checking of local promo-materials 4. University relations as setting new markets (Negotiations with universities' governance, Proposal for Unis design, Creation and implementation of coopactivities with Unis, Unis servicing) 5. Attendance and active participation in EBMs, LCMs, Working conferences (100%)

VP Fin JD: 1. Support of X programs; 2. Budget management; 3. Legality providence (documents for projects preparation, contracts checking, reports for local authorities etc.); 4. Accounting; 5. Coaching OCPs in financial management; 6. Defining and planning long-term financial strategy: investments, reserves, grants etc.
