Still can't beleive! It's amazing - I'm elected to new EB! I will be the part of legendary team! I wanted this position soooo much! Everyone were so worried on Elections and even now it's hard to remember all this without so strong feelings. It was a big challenge for us..

CURRENT LCP 2011-2012 – ZORYA BALKO 1. Tell us a few words about your current position: It was and this is the best year of my life. I am very glad that I had the opportunity to work with such great team and to lead the strongest LC in Ukraine. LCP Experience taught me how to find solution, how to work in stressful situations, how to find out in hopeless situations and still get just incredible pleasure from what you do! 2. What was the most difficult? During in my experience, difficulty was in how to make the right decision , how to create enviroment that all indulged in equal measure, how to develop team when 2 EB members were no longer in the team, and how to find the right people for those position. This was my experience and I am glad that I have nothing to regret. 3. What was wrong during your term? Honestly, I can't say that I didn't like smth , there are situations in which necessary to find solutions, not all easy was, but for that we are here- to learn, develop, do mistake, it is better to make a mistake and take the wrong decision than not to take any . AIESEC is my first school, these are people whom I love, this is team which I wrapped the whole time. Each year AIESEC Lviv grows and develops, so important to leave behind, it is also one of the main results. 4. What should be changed in our LC? Perhaps the lack of communication with all members. very difficult to do it when we have in local committee almost 80 members and even more . so basically no opportunities to even meet with all closer. Maybe members doesn't feel a strong communication with EB. because more closely EB member communicate with own team 5. What have you learned from this position? Learnt how to motivate people, how to be responsible for them , how to choose right decision in rigth time, how to recognize own mistakes and not ashamed that you don't know smth. One more time I say that is the best XP in me Life. What learnt from this lifeschool I didn't learn in any other place.

CURRENT VP TM 2011-2012 – NADIA MYKHALEVYCH 1. Tell us a few words about your current position: It was and it still is amazing year of bright emotions, moments and best people in the best team. We became a family:always together, always strong. I can't imagine my life without AIESEC and those woderful people. I want such ten..no hundred unforgettable years more in my life!!! 2. What was the most difficult? Troubles? Obstacles?..No, I have never heard about it! I always could rely on my team and we overcame everything together. It sounds somehow idealistic but it is true. 3. What your term?

Hm...how can you ask me such thing? I adore my direction and i would advice everyone to love their work as much as I love my work in TM and not only work! I fell in love with this direction the moment I heard that I was a future VP TM. 4. What should be changed in our LC? Our LC is the best LC ever with great people and great results. It's your job to judge what was wrong what was right but I suppose that we had developed a lot during this year but this is not a limit line, we can achieve even more an more!And I wish to do so the next EB12-13. Lviv rocks! 5. What have you learned from this position? I can talk a lot about my skills that I gained in AIESEC but the most significant and important for me is ability to understand people better, to manage myself, to go out from my confort zone, to listen attentively, to be confident in myself and....to be a part of a team, to be as a one with it!

CURRENT VP ICX 2011-2012 – USTYNA GASIY 1. Tell us a few words about your current position: It is super! I love my derection! It is unforgettable experience and I wish everyone to get it! 2.

Actually we have a lot of difficulties, but with the support of other EB memberseasily overcomed everything! 3. What was wrong during your term? Hm… Nothing! Nothing regretful! We are still working and we will show our best! 4. LC?

To answrer the phone in different places in the world, in the middle of the night or in the early morning) I’ve got in use with different technical staff as goggle-docs etc, hold interviews whenever it possible, meet friends from all over the world, to be in the best ICX commision of all year and nations! Yeah!
