How Our Care Package Personalisation Works
Every Limitless traveller benefits from a personalised care package. How does that work in practice? Well, we start by giving you a call and discussing your specific needs. This allows us to establish which of our care packages is best suited to your particular circumstances. Then, we tailor your package to reflect the way you want to enjoy your holiday.
At Limitless, we recognise that all of our travellers are different and have distinct needs and preferences. Some people like to dress themselves, while others prefer a little help. Some want help showering and some are happy to do it alone. Often, travellers are more than capable of performing certain tasks but lack confidence when attempting others. It’s different for everyone.
By personalising your care package, we’re able to create a detailed support plan that works for you. There are no extra charges for personalisation, it’s just a part of the Limitless service. Buddy
For many people, travelling with a disability is a nerve-wracking experience. The Limitless Buddy Package is designed to help physically independent travellers who don’t require personal care but would like a little emotional support, encouragement and company. If you receive support at home, reside in a supported living environment or are worried about cruising, this is a great option.
Personal Care
As with all our care plans, the Personal Care One-to-One Package is personalised, ensuring you receive the support you need from the moment you start your holiday. With this package, you’ll be assisted by a fully qualified member of the Limitless Care Team in both the morning and evening. They’ll also be on-hand to help you with toileting during the day
Our One-to-One Standard Care Package is an excellent option if:
● You need assistance getting in and out of bed in the morning
● You need support when getting ready for the day
● You require some support with toileting or have continence needs
● You currently receive some one-to-one support at home One-to-One
All Day Care
Our One-to-One All-Day Package expands on the Personal Care Package by ensuring you’re accompanied by a Limitless carer throughout the day. As well as receiving assistance in the morning and evening, you’ll have the support of a carer when we head out on excursions or spend time onboard the ship. Some cruise ships are extremely large, with long corridors, so if you believe you could benefit from 1:1 support, let your sales consultant know.
Equipment At Sea
Our priority is you and your comfort. Our aim to ensure you have the same equipment onboard, as you do at home. Cruise Lines only allow equipment such as electric wheelchairs, mobility scooters, hoists and profile beds into wheelchair accessible cabins.
