Classic hip hop album of the month This month we take a look at an album that takes us back to the good old days. Hip hop was initially created as a movement to uplift the black community. That’s why groups like Public Enemy, De La Soul, will always be solid gold to the people. Though the culture of hip hop has eveolved, we will forever pay homage to the founding fathers of the genre. This month’s album belongs to: Dr Dre’s The Chronic This album is iconic on its own, and gave the 90s a taste of where rap music, was headed. This album introduced us to one of hip hop’s living legends in Snoop Dog. Without a doubt, an all time classic.
