Breeding Guarantee: All bulls, 12 months-of-age & over at the time of the sale, are guaranteed breeders. A bull is determined a breeder when he settles on or more females and/or passes a satisfactory semen test. Cattle believed to be non-breeders are returned to the seller at the buyer’s expense. If they are proven to be non-breeders, transportation expenses of the replacement, if made, will be paid by the seller. Contract: The above terms & guarantee shall constitute a contract between the buyer & seller of each animal, & responsibility is accepted by the sale management. 11
