ISSUES
S W O T
Ground is distributed evenly Wind flow at right amount Situated close to main office building ( Block A) Low human circulation KLCC view Situated at a higher point in UCSI
Noise and smell pollution from nearby shoplot Minimal natural light after 2pm No direct water supply to chosen site
Surrounding vegetation to support green architecture Promote natural air ventilation due to surrounding vegetation Able to oversee most of UCSI if building is erected high enough Creative ways to build entrance towards site to read chosen build up area easily
Vegetation might attract pests / insects Human health might be affected due to nearby pollution High humidity might cause mold growth
