Coordinated with the structure and electromechanical consultant, Façade specialist, technical monitors, quantity surveyor. Obtained local authorities and civil defense approvals.

Primary designer from the analysis and concept design phases. Raised the land asset that led to selling the project to Lebanese developer. Progressed with work during design development, construction drawings details and coordination with the structure, electromechanical, Landscape consultant, technical monitors and quantity surveyor. Obtained local authorities approvals.
