LITTLE SCHOOL
The Little School at Lincoln is designed with beginnings in mind. It’s a place where boys and girls age 6 weeks through three years can begin to learn, dream, explore, and wonder about the world around them. Inspired by Reggio Emilia, our program encourages collaboration, community, creativity, and problem solving, with a project-based curriculum that builds on each child’s interests and skills. Our highly educated, nurturing teachers understand how young children learn and grow, and design activities that fit their individual learning styles and interests. Handson exploration and meaningful interactions with teachers and peers ensure that each day is stimulating and fun, yet carefully paced to support each child’s physical and emotional wellbeing.

The Little School curriculum incorporates the unique opportunities that belonging to a larger campus affords, including foreign language learning beginning at age two, as well as library, physical education, and music. Children in the Little School also have the chance interact with and learn from older children, who they come to view as role models.
