Take a picture or a screenshot of this page, or make a copy of it to tuck into your wallet so that you always have it handy!
BUILD THE RELATIONSHIP Goal: Get to know her, her family, where she’s from and what she does. How: Ask questions and listen – this conversation is all about her! Let her do most of the talking.
HELP HER IMAGINE HER LIFE WITH THIRTY-ONE Goal: • Help her picture herself with a Thirty-One business. • Ask her questions that help her vocalize what she likes about Thirty-One. How: • Ask what she likes about Thirty-One parties and products. • Ask what interests her about the business. ANSWER QUESTIONS AND PROVIDE INFORMATION Goal: Address questions or hesitations. How: • Ask what she’d like to know more about. • Keep the focus on her, not you! • Keeping asking, "What else?” • Ask about her schedule and when/how often she wants to party.
SEEK COMMITMENT Goal: Answer the question, "What now?” How: Let her know she’d be a great fit for Thirty-One, and ask if she’d like to know the next steps. If she's ready to join: • Schedule a time to chat within 1-2 days about when she’ll be partying and how to get started using the New Consultant How-To Guide. • Explain how to order her kit through your website. If she's hesitant (“I don’t know” response): • Let her know it’s okay to not know and that all she needs to think about is what other questions she may have. • Don’t pressure her. • Ask her what she likes about what she has heard so far. • Schedule a time to follow up with her to answer any other questions.
