To Help You Find Balance
A Little Bit About Me: Why I love my Essential Oils I got started with Young Living Essential Oils in August 2014, after coming in from a 3 mo. research project in the Bering Sea, and having worked injured for 73 days...85 before I could get to a doc. Needless to say, I was wiped out in every way. My girlfriend said “You HAVE to try these oils I just started using”....so she sent me samples and my Mind, Body & Spirit Soared! With WOW moments! I ordered my first Premium Starter Kit and away we (my dogs and I) went!. No way could I stop sharing and learning about these fabulous oils and what they do for my life and happiness. It has all become a way of life for me, much more balanced and healthy is what I feel. Then, I slowly branched out to other supplements and productsNow, there are NO CHEMICALS in our home. Nor do I buy spa products anymore….I custom make my own to what I need, and save so much money!
Cheers to you honoring yourself and exploring these recipes! Enjoy!!

I also make my own bubble bath by using my EO in a non-scented base. Add the bubble while running & the salts just before you get in to get the most!!
