Tourism The Languedoc mainly attracts tourists because of its amazing architecture, weather, food and drink. It has many tourists destinations such as castles and restaurants; although wine and cheese attracts its own appreciators. Cheese is matured locally and wine is produced in the many vineyards surrounding the cities. Wine and cheese here is in high demand ; making vineyards and cheese cellars very profitable due to the quality of the produce. Tourists bring in a lot of wealth giving the local people jobs and homes.

Tourist Destinations Places such as castles, high streets and beaches are hugely popular with the influx of tourists every year, myself being one of them. Because of this, extra income is earned that can be invested to develop these such places appealing even more to holiday makers. National parks, like England, vary around the Languedoc and tourists bring their own problems by littering and disturbing the wildlife. Because of this, lots of money is invested to cleaning and maintaining the park. Do you think the positive side of tourism out weighs the negative side? Explain.
