Museum is open Tuesday - Saturday weekly 10.30am - 4pm till the end of November. There is a small admission charge to view the galleries, but call into the Coffee House or browse in the shop anytime.
Our monthly talks are held at 2pm in the upstairs Education room in the museum. On Wednesday 2nd August John Dewhurst is reminiscing on 'The Early Years of Fleetwood's Sporting Heritage'. This year is the 130th birthday of our historic fishing vessel and on Wednesday 6th September John Baker will celebrate the event with his talk 'Happy 130th Birthday to the Harriet'.
Our next historical walk 'Early Harbour and Railway Developments in Fleetwood' is on Wednesday 9th. August from the museum at 1.30pm. The last walk of the season on Tuesday September 12th is 10.30am from the Memorial Park Pavilion on 'Fleetwood Memorial Park History'.
The Book Shop, next to the museum, is open Tuesday - Saturday 10.30am - 3.30pm for the sale of pre-owned books. Call in and browse. Majority of books are priced at only 50p each and we are pleased to accept book donations.
Our monthly Friday afternoon Folk Music sessions are August 18th and September 15th from 1pm - 3pm. Everyone is welcome.
Our FREE Children's crafts for 4 - 11 years are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays 11am - 12noon and 1pm - 2pm during the summer school holidays. Contact the museum to book a place.
