I believe that Hollingworth Lake is the jewel in Rochdale’s crown. We have a fantastic site just on the outskirts of Rochdale that provides many opportunities for schools and members of the public alike. I have been the Facility Manager at Hollingworth Lake Activity Centre more than 10 years. Over that time we have had many schools visit us, primary, secondary and colleges. Pupils and staff always leave having had a rewarding and fulfilling experience.
