Silver Package Includes: 3 Hours in the Venue.Choice of buffet, spa water station, Tables, chairs, 85 in linen table cloths, linen napkins, white dinner plates, water goblets, flatware, 4 additional tables for: gift table, DJ table ect., wait staff, set up, clean up & bartender
Gold Package Includes: 4 Hours in the Venue. Choice of displayed appetizer, choice of buffet, Spa water station, Tables, chairs, Floor length linen table cloths, linen napkins, white dinner plates, water goblets, flatware, up to 6 additional tables for: cake table, gift table, DJ table ect., wait staff, set up, clean up & bartender

General Information Deposits & Policies A 20% non-refundable deposit, which is applied to your invoice total, is required to reserve your date. We will request 50% of the final estimated balance two months out, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to your event
Minimums All events are required to meet a minimum food & beverage expenditure on Saturdays, which varies on seasonality and days of the week. Room minimums do not include service charge, sales tax, or any extra rental items
Event Details
A Mandatory 20% Service charge will be added to all food & beverage items. All evening events have a time limit of 5 hours, If you need additional time, arrangements can be made with the private event staff in advance. We will need your guaranteed number of guests, ten days prior to your event, your final number will not be able to be reduced.
Menu & Alcohol
All food and beverage must be provided by the club, unless otherwise arranged with our private event team. We offer a variety of menu selections and packages to accommodate any event, please ask about our custom menus. NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED, IF IT IS BROUGHT ONTO THE PREMISES, IT WILL BE CONFISCATED. IF IT BECOMES A RECURRING ISSUE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO END THE EVENT EARLY
