INTRODUCTION
One of the things I enjoy the most of urban planning is the relationship between design and humans. I believe that the environment a person grows up in shapes who they are. What affects me is that urban planning decisions have a key role to play in determining what kinds of buildings are allowed in what places, and helping a community create a vision for what it wants to become, to easier reaching out the better lives in the future. This summary is aimed at introducing a set of typical projects that I have been in the implemetation process during my three-years working time. In every projects I worked on I have always tried to guarantee a well balanced treatment of any of those aspects and to tackle the conflicts between the client’s requirements and concept design in the most realistic and effective way. My experiences so far include not only university courses and technical skills in practical projects , but I also tried to relate with the professional world and with some extra activities in all of requirements that a project needs, from team work and diplomatic issues to dealing with clients, engineers, architects and other related parties.

Urban planning Projects
In this first section I show five typical projects that I implemented during my working time at Hue and Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam .They offer an overlook of the wide range of planning aspects I faced and of the variety of topics I dealt with.
Zone 6 Thu Thiem Time: 2015 District 2, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. Responsibilities: Revising concept masterplan and performing detailed masterplan 1/500 and urban design guidelines.
The area is located in Thu Thiem new urban area includes many features such as: internation hospital, commercial zones, commercial mixed use and residential areas. The mixed use developments consisting of retail, service apartments and residential units; and the office face the Mai Chi Tho Highway. This creates a compatible relationship between them and the other mixed use developments in Thu Thiem NUA.
Ascendas Onehub Saigon Time: 2015 District 9, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. Responsibilities: Revising concept masterplan and implemeting urban design guidlines.
Located along Hanoi Highway, the site constitutues 12 hectares and is planned to be Central Operation Center of the Hi-tech park. This project deepens Ascendas ‘s presence in Vietnam and allows to build a vibrant, integrated business community that will facilitate the growth of enterprises and industries in Vietnam. The proposal will follow the strategies and the development structure of the whole site and for an integration of the spatial layout and infrastructure between the project and the surrounding effectively, harmoniously and sustainably. The building and open spaces will be well-planned and designed to suite to local climate. The spaces for working, living, studying and entertaining will be comforting and have good quality by carefully planning the area for each plots. Finishing material is expected to be environmentally-friendly, energy-saving and compatible with tropical climate.
Hoa Lam Fishing Village Time: 2016 Long Hai, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Vietnam Responsibilities: Collaborating concept masterplan design.
Located on the seashore area which a long beach and lagoon, the area has a great potential to develop a tourism area with the hotel and services. With the purpose of attracting people from Ho Chi Minh City who tend to find the peaceful place to rest, the area have been design with the concept of making several private and quiet space that serve for the couples or families. Taking a advantage of water surface of the sea and the lagoon, the bungalows and villas are located with the good connection to nature, having nice views the water surfaces and making the comfortable space.
My My Resort Time: 2016 Cam Ranh, Khanh Hoa province, Vietnam Responsibilities: Collaborating concept design and performing detailed masterplan 1/500 drawings
Located in one of the greatest potential areas for tourism development of the South Central, the project is a combination of hospitality functions include: hotels, resort villas, restaurants, spa, swimming pool and other services. The project takes advantage of the sea views and follows the natural terrain in order to save costs and bring the feeling of nature to tourists as well as ensuring luxury properties. A special feature of the project is the design of artificial water surfaces between the villas which are located on the low areas and have no view to the sea. The proposal ensure that all villas have an access to the natural elements.
Bu Lach Grassland Time: 2016 Binh Phuoc Province, Vietnam. Responsibitiles: Collaborating concept masterplan design
This project is a combination of outdoor movie studio and ecotourism area which is planned with the functions include: outdoor movie studio, outdoor recreation, camground, resorts, golf course. The main purpose is to utilize the natural landscape created attractive for tourists. This project also provides the comfortable and relaxing area for tourist to stay on their weekend trip. The Lake Resort is surrounded by the natural woodland and amazing lake. The movie studio is located on the amazing grass meadow. Additinally, the farm will collect rare, historic, and wild edible plant to preserve the agricutural heritage of Binh Phuoc province. This area also includes a camground and hostel.

This section shows five typical projects that have helped me to experience the process of implementing a project, as well as approach landscape ideas .Although I’m not professionally trained in landscape design, I had opportunities to learn and work with landscape experts on these practical projects.
Van Phuc Rivercity Landscape Time : 2015 Locate: Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. Responsibilities: Collaborating concept landscape design revision
The project is the central park area of Van Phuc rivercity, plays role as an important point of the urban landscape combines natural elements and commercial development. Based on the rivercity idea, the project is developed with maximising the park experience by engaging in various indoor and outdoor sport activities associated with water feature. Visitors could exercise or relax on the pool while enjoying the view of the lake. Nature lovers will enjoy the tranquillity under a cathedral of shade trees and feel connected to the region’s flora and fauna
Sadora Dai Quang Minh Time: 2016 District 2, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. Responsibilities: Performing design development drawings
The project is multi-functional commercial buildings in Thu Thiem new urban area. The areas is designed landscape including ground floor for commercial purposes and edeck-floor for residential facilities.
Ha Do Centrosa Time: 2016 Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam. Responsibilities: Performing design development drawings
Hado Centrosa is one of the biggest residential projects in Ho Chi Minh city nowadays because of the advantage of location. Landsape design plays an important role in improving projects value to attract people to live. As the showcase of the Centrosa Garden, the most basic and most important garden components - decorative feature, water elements, hardscape and softscapes are combined together to form this “Garden of the City Central� with style. Main concept is the simple elegant lines to bring out the essence of the garden and transform them into physical feature to address the entrance and drop-off, bringing liveliness, excitement and green to the city.
An Loc Park Time: 2015 Binh Long, Binh Phuoc Province, Vietnam. Responsibilities: Designing concept landscape, in charge of Basic Design and Design Development drawings.
Located 1.2 km far from the central district Binh Long, Binh Phuoc province, the project aims to produce a vibrant space for public gathering, sociallization to meet diverse needs for relaxation, exercise and health recovery. The site plays a strategic role within the provincial urban development in general as an impetus for the forthcoming commercial central in particular. The project is expected to become not only an entertainment and recreation park typical of a public space to attract huge sources of guests and tourists but also a fresh commercial area for development of the new urban areas in the future.
Lap An Lagoon Walking street Time: 2015 Thua Thien Hue, Vietnam. Responsibilities: Collaborating Urban design concept and 3D modeling and redering.
Located near the Laguna resort, one of the most luxurious 5 star resort in Thua Thien Hue, this area has emerged as a recreation space, entertainment for visitors. The design tries to change a street into an unity space reaching the high value of aesthetics and environment. The project not only concentrates the human activities but supports the new functions for local community. The designed-walking-street is organized in the matching with local social and technical infrastructure system. The main point of the project is mangrove forest restoration and conservation which is bringing an attractive destination for tourists.
