Hello, my name is Linlin Nie, and I graduated from SCAD with MFA in fashion design. I have more than seven years of learning experience in fashion design (Bachelor and MFA Master). I am familiar with fashion design from inspiration collecting, concept construction, apparel development, fabric selection, customer image, and fashion market campaigns. I also have two short-term fashion work experiences developing a streetwear brand and product management before. Those experiences enabled me to apply my professional knowledge of fashion design to the market and learn how to cooperate with a team, combine products and business, analyze the company's product advantages, attract the customer group, and compete with other competitors. Fashion is a great word for me, and I always spend my time on it. I will read professional fashion books, listen to the BOF podcast, and watch the latest fashion runway show on YouTube in my spare time. I think fashion has already been a diversified field, and I don't want to restrict myself from a limited perspective to understand it. So I constantly changed to exploring the direction of fashion. It's not just clothing, it can be artistic, marketing, or customer demand, now it also connects with technologies. I am eager to do a part in this industry! As for my personality, I am a responsible, enthusiastic, and work hard person. Otherwise, I also keep learning because I have always believed that prosperity and obsolescence are average and that stoping exploring or challenging will follow with failure.
