鮮花、供品小販 保安宮舉辦活動常擴及哈密街 封街處 以石頭鋪面作為路面材 若保安宮舉辦活動將於哈密街口作路障，阻擋汽車進入

此手法為呼應REPROGRAM的分析結果 使用者取向可被分為兩大群族 (外地遊客-當地居民)
此手法為轉化廟宇正殿的精神象徵 廟宇的核心價值為神明 公名會館的核心價值是人群
北側 配置圖書館與讀書中心 南側 配置媽媽教室 留出虛空間作為兩者皆可使用的戶外用餐區
集會場需要需具有快速疏散人群之特質 故配置於兩主入口可及度最高之位置
調整集會場的量體造型與空間量的調整
健康諮詢中心應屬一樓機能
