• When a Kiss & Tell Members refer someone with your personal code to become a SeneGence “Kiss and Tell” Preferred Customer who places cumulative orders of $125 Retail or more within their first 30 days of membership and referrer earns 19 Kiss Kredits to use on future product purchases. • When Kiss & Tell Members places orders of $125 retail or more three months in a row, earn 19 Kiss Kredits
General Program Rules • All personally enrolled “Kiss and Tell” Preferred Customers PV counts toward Distributor monthly PV requirements for active status, commissions, rank and incentive qualifications.
• All “referred” “Kiss and Tell” Preferred Customers assigned with a referral code will count toward the Distributors monthly PV requirements for active status, commissions, rank and incentive qualifications based on Distributor the referral code is assigned to.
• “Kiss and Tell” Preferred Customers are never moved to another distributor. Unless they become inactive and then they would move to the next in line. • “Kiss and Tell” Preferred Customer may sign up under multiple distributors as long as they have unique email addresses on file. • Kiss Kredits cannot be combined on separate accounts. • You must opt into both CDO and K&T
Distributor Pay Out - Same /Same
Distributor is paid out on the retail profit based on the highest discount level earned at the time the order is placed. (paid weekly) (5% Order Processing Fee)
20% discount earns 15% retail profit
30% discount earns 25% retail profit 40% discount earns 35% retail profit
50% discount earns 45% retail profit
Distributor Benefits – Check this OUT! • No cost to Distributors to participate in and use the “Kiss and Tell” Preferred Customer Program. • Customer Acquisition – Distributors have a vehicle to offer product discount benefits to online purchasers AND have those Customers refer additional New Customers to them through their personal referral code. • Encourages repeat monthly ordering with rewards provided by SeneGence at not cost to the Distributor. • Distributors can receive referrals and sales directly from the company
• Inventory is no longer a limitation to building a SeneGence Business. • Kiss & Tell and CDO customers may process their returns and exchanges directly with SeneGence! Once they view their bag any available promotions that they qualify for will pop up. *please note example used is US version
At checkout the customer can checkout as a guest or become a Kiss & Tell Preferred Customer
Once they select to become a Preferred Customer, they will be directed to create an account
They will see the have created a new account and can continue to checkout.
The Kiss & Tell Membership is now in their cart. *please note example used is US version

What if they don’t have a referral code? If a customer that is just looking to try our products and is shopping online, they can still sign up and will be assigned a Distributor just like how CDO works.
How does a customer log back in?
Customers can log into their accounts by going to the SeneGence website and clicking on “Customer Buy Now�
The customer will be able to sign in here.
The customer will be taken to their Member Dashboard
They can see their order history
Update their general information and see who their Distributor is.
If they choose they have the option to contact their Distributor
They can update their login and security settings
From the Kiss & Tell Referral button they can share the link with their friends to earn Kiss Kredits for them and NEW customers for YOU!

They can check how many Kiss Kredits they have earned, used and their current balance.
As a Distributor you can see your customers through your Preferred Customer Statement found in your Back Office.

FAQ’S Q: How does a Preferred customer return products if they are not satisfied? A: Unused portion of product is returned to SeneGence at Customers expense for shipping unless the return is due to company error, defect, or customer adverse reaction. All unused portions of product must be returned to the company within 90 day of purchase. Email CustomerCare@SeneGence.com for additional help. Q: What if a product I want is out of stock or backordered? A: Products that are no longer available for purchase due to discontinuation or other circumstances will not show on the order page. Items that are out of stock/backordered will be available to purchase as soon as they return. Check back often for inventory status updates.
