HISTORY OF LIPMAN GROUP Nashville native, Larry Lipman, is a dedicated real estate professional with more than 30 years of experience. A true visionary, Larry turned his passion for interior design and architecture into a multi-million dollar company that strives to not only be a leader in real estate, but also to positively impact the community of Nashville. Larry developed an interest in real estate that stemmed from a passion he and his mother shared for interior design and architecture. A true businessman, Larry has developed multiple thriving companies throughout his career. For his first business, Larry owned the first multi-use warehouse in Nashville. The warehouse was a first of its kind for Nashville and included 3/1 retail spaces, offices, and bays. Larry has a special talent for understanding what his community needs and responding to that need in a way that elevates Nashville to a greater standard. His second business aptly named, Lipman Brothers, was founded by the Lipman family. Lipman Brothers is a beverage company that serves 74 counties in Tennessee. Being a forward-thinker, Larry followed his intuition and helped start a wine department within Lipman Brothers. He knew that wine would be a beloved beverage choice for men and women alike and wanted Tennessee to have premiere access to exceptional wines. Larry is no longer involved in this business, as he was ready to venture into his next endeavor. The third business for Larry would be Spats, a popular BBQ restaurant in Nashville, that was opened in 1989 which expanded over time with 10 additional restaurants in 7 states. After dedicating many years to Spats, Larry decided to pursue his true passion for interior design and architecture by earning his residential real estate license in 1989. Upon licensure, Larry created Lipman Realty and began his impressive 30-year career. Today, Larry owns RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Lipman Group. His team truly believes in building lasting relationships with his clients. “We live to give the extraordinary in all we do as we serve our clients, our community, and our world. We strive to work diligently and focus on our clients' goals, and achieve success through living and striving to be a relationship-based company. We believe it is all about our clients”. Larry has always been passionate about philanthropy and supports several local organizations. He actively supports the W.O. Smith Music School and Vanderbilt University Children’s Medical center in Nashville. He has always had a desire to help children and enjoys giving back to his community through service and philanthropy. In addition, Larry donates to the many arts organizations in Nashville. Aside from his professional career, Larry is a dedicated husband, father, and philanthropist. Larry’s beautiful daughters, Sutton Lipman Costanza and Alexa Lipman are both Realtors and are proud to carry on the Lipman real estate legacy. Sandra Lipman, Larry’s wife, is an avid philanthropist and social influencer in the Nashville community. She has served in numerous chairmanships, including the Swan Ball, and is an active board member of the Nashville Symphony and Ballet.

CHRIS GRIMES Managing Broker | Leadership Alaska-born, Atlanta raised, and a resident of Nashville, Chris Grimes was born the eldest of four children and developed a strong sense of personal identity and leadership skills at an early age. His great-grandfather’s and grandfather’s success with real estate interested Chris, but he didn’t embark on his own personal journey in the industry until he was inspired by Cora Bett Thomas; a friend in Savannah, Georgia, whose gracious and generous lifestyle afforded her to bless and touch the lives of many people. Chris attended Atlanta’s Barney Fletcher’s Real Estate School in 2003, passed Georgia’s real estate licensing exam, and honed his skills alongside his mom, Gwendolyn Strutko. Music opportunities brought Chris to Nashville in 2012, and he quickly fell in love with Music City. In 2014, Chris accepted the invitation from Larry Lipman to join his company. While working under Larry’s leadership, Chris found himself studying and learning from a consummate professional who exemplified grace and tact, treating every client with the utmost respect. As Managing Broker, Chris is committed to advance RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Lipman Group, a company built on and rooted in the beauty and sophistication of Nashville.

SUTTON LIPMAN COSTANZA Lipman Group Leadership Member Sutton Lipman Costanza is a native Nashvillian and a second-generation, multi-million dollar REALTOR. She is excited and proud to be a part of RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Lipman Group team. She is known for her genuine compassion and cares deeply about the needs and wants of her clients. It is her goal not only to have a seamless and successful transaction but also to build lasting relationships with her clients. Sutton graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from George Washington University. Before selling real estate, she worked at Centerstone, a community-based behavioral health care organization in Nashville. In her free time, Sutton enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, practicing Spanish, knitting and playing tennis.

STEPHANIE KELLEY Chief Operating + Marketing Officer | Leadership Stephanie has dedicated her career to providing high-level concierge services to our agents while upholding the Lipman culture, as well as the sophisticated brand throughout the office and community. She strives to uphold our office's core values of trust, culture, differentiation, reputation and expertise in all she does. Stephanie provides knowledge and direction to our agents when it comes to their marketing including lifestyle, storytelling, branding, and more. As part of the Leadership Team, she is continuously collaborating, bringing in + implementing fresh ideas, as well as assisting the agents to be the best version of themselves in their careers.

KENDRA NITZ Accounting + Administrative Manager | Leadership Kendra handles all financial matters for RE/MAX Homes and Estates, Lipman Group. You will appreciate her professionalism and efficiency. Rest assured, your checks will be cut quickly and delivered to you in a timely manner. She will ensure all financial documents are taken care of and in compliance. Kendra works closely with our Managing Broker, Director of Operations, and Owner to coordinate all financial matters for the office. In partnership with the Children's Miracle Network and Vanderbilt University Children's Hospital, Kendra encourages our agents to partner with this organization and oversee's our involvement as a team.

OLIVIA JORGENSEN Marketing Manager Olivia infuses her elaborate education and enthusiasm for marketing and strategic planning into her role as Marketing Manager. While consistently immersing herself in industry research and networking opportunities, Olivia remains focused on supporting Lipman Group’s skilled agents with their marketing needs by creating innovative pieces and extended plans for implementation. Our intended goal is for our real estate professionals to connect with consumers visiting The Mall at Green Hills that may be looking to buy, sell or invest in real estate, ultimately helping them live the life they envision. We created a luxury real estate space that will evolve, and we are the first to do so here. You may be curious about some of the advantages of choosing this location. This data explains our "why." The Mall at Green Hills had an estimated 8,000,000+ visitors in 2021, more than the annual attendance of top attractions like the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, Grand Ole Opry, Tennessee Titans, and Nashville Predators - combined. Shoppers here are 61% more likely to buy a second home in the next 12 months than the average adult in the Nashville DMA (Designated Market Area). Used a Real Estate Agent in the Past 12 Months: Of these unique local shoppers, 28,214 have used a real estate agent in the past 12 months (10% of our local shopper base, age 18+). Working the Space: With a cost of $49.00 per day, each qualified agent will have an equal opportunity to work the space. On said agent's scheduled day, they may bring with them additional marketing material, including approved brochures and business cards. No individual material may be left behind in the space after the agent's scheduled time.

Incentives for Closing on Leads Generated in the Space: The first three agents to close on a lead generated in the space will receive a FREE two-week "Agent Feature" that will run on the Lipman Lounge television at the first available time slot. Additionally, anyone that closes in 2022 on a lead generated in the space will receive 50 FREE sold postcards to the neighborhood they closed in. (It is our expectation that each of our agents will report the source of their leads at closing with complete honesty.)
