Additional Advertising Opportunities
Our Mission + Purpose: Our luxury lounge is an extension of our Green Hills office, dedicated space in Nashville's premier luxury mall, showcasing our agents, luxury listings, The RE/MAX Collection brand, and concierge services. Our intended goal is for our real estate professionals to connect with consumers visiting The Mall at Green Hills that may be looking to buy, sell or invest in real estate, ultimately helping them live the life they envision. We created a luxury real estate space that will evolve, and we are the first to do so here in Middle Tennessee.
Agent Qualifications for the Space: Must be/have been in the real estate business for at least a full 12 months with $3,000,000 in sales volume (If you don’t qualify, you can request Larry Lipman, or your mentor to work in the space with you.) Must bring your laptop or iPad to show properties or your real estate website Must wear a name badge ordered through our office or approved by the Marketing Team Must be trained on the space by an office team member in regards to opening/closing duties
Working the Space: With a cost of $49 per day, each qualified agent will have an equal opportunity to work the space. On said agent's scheduled day, they may bring with them additional marketing material.
Advertising in the Space: Our television slideshow offers all of our agents an opportunity for additional exposure at $149 $149 for two consecutive weeks for the potential of 16,942 impressions per week.

Incentives for Closing on Leads Generated in the Space: The first three agents to close on a lead generated in the space will receive a FREE twoweek "Agent Feature" that will run on the Lipman Lounge television at the first available time slot. Additionally, anyone that closes in 2022 on a lead generated in the space will receive 50 FREE sold postcards to the neighborhood they closed in. (It is our expectation that each of our agents will report the source of their leads at closing with complete honesty.)
