Regional fourcast. Metala White Label Langhorne Creek Shiraz Cabernet. Metala was the first wine to win the coveted Jimmy Watson Trophy way back in 1962. Since then it has proudly stood as one of Australia’s most consistent, value for money wines on the market. A blend of Shiraz and Cabernet from the Langhorne Creek region, this full bodied wine has intense fruit and a firm tannin finish.
Ingoldby McLaren Vale Shiraz. Bold fruit flavours of blackberries and plums are supported by oak derived characters of chocolate and vanilla to create a wine that is flavoursome, with wellintegrated tannins and a cedary oak finish.
Wynns Coonawarra The Siding Cabernet Sauvignon. This Coonawarra Cabernet delivers exceptional value for money, with regional characteristics of red cherry, dark berry and cassis all evident. Soft grainy tannins are balanced by subtle oak ensuring this wine finishes long and clean. Perfect to enjoy now but will definitely benefit from a short stay in the cellar.
Wolf Blass Gold Label Barossa Shiraz. Selected from low yielding vines from the Barossa and Eden Valley regions, this powerful Shiraz is filled with concentrated fruit flavours and displays an elegant oak finish. Long and intensely flavoured, this wine will be best matched to a plate of slow cooked osso bucco or lamb shanks.

Grown in a small vineyard not far from the Wall this wine has ripe, spicy fruit coupled with savoury nuances. The flavours beautifully integrate with fine oak characters and finishes with an elegance typical of the southern Barossa.
Capturing the varietal and regional expressions of Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc, this crisp, refreshing wine displays flavours of ripe stonefruit with a touch of lemongrass and spice to finish. Soft and easy to drink, it is the perfect choice for that relaxing glass of wine at the end of a busy day.
This dynamic duo of winemaking has produced some very impressive wines over the last few years. A blend of Clare Valley and McLaren Vale fruit, this Shiraz is a complex wine displaying opulent flavours of mulberries, blackberries, and licorice. While it can be cellared for a few years yet, it’s decadently drinkable now. Why wait?

Classic Cabernet characters of blackcurrant and plum are complimented by French Oak maturation with secondary notes of cigar box and cedar on this medium bodied palate. Smooth and well structured with integrated tannins that welcome drinking on release, this wine will also reward ageing for a year or two in the cellar.
