Stand forward turn pose-Uttanasana
With the legs close to each other such that they are touching the heels, toes, knees and feet, stains in a straight position. Inhale intensely Bend forward and lift up the hand while exhaling till the hands touch the floor. If doable, you can also try to bring the hands behind your heels. With some normal breathing, hold on yourself in this position. Inhale in deeply to come out of the pose and then stand back straight.
This asana proper flow of blood to the scalp and therefore results in proper growth of hair and along with that, it also helps to relive tension and stress.
Rabbit pose-Sasangasana: Sit in child pose (Balasana) with hips on the heels and knees on the floor. Now hold your heels by putting both the hands at the back. Slowly inhale while placing the crown of head on the floor and then lift up the back. Foe about 5 breaths, hold on in this pose. Unroll back to the balasana pose while exhaling. Repeat it again after relaxing a bit.

Camel Ustrasana:

In a position such that right angle is formed by the calve s of your knees, sit straight on the floor. With the thumb behind and fingers in the front, put your hands on the waist. Now hold the heels of your feet by bending the spine backward and you may also try to touch soles of your feet. Try to look at the ceiling while you bend the spine by moving the face upwards. Keep the breathing normal and hold on for a few seconds in this pose. Exit from the pose while exhaling. Relax by sitting in Balasana pose.

Diamond Vajrasna:

With your legs stretched and spine erect, sit on the floor and the heels should be connected. Place your hands facing the ground by the side palms. Now fold the legs keeping them under the thighs. Start with the left leg and then the right leg. On your upper thighs, place your hands. Inhale and exhale deeply while sitting in a relaxed position. Return back to the original pose when done.
