GLC SINGAPORE

Our incoming chapter board members had a fantastic time at the Global Leadership Conference held at the magnificent Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre in Singapore! This three-day event was truly WOW! They connected with over 1,800 fellow leaders, participated in inspiring workshops and discussions, and walked away with fresh ideas to propel their growth and leadership excellence to new heights!

PRESIDENTS MEETING IN OMAN

The EMEA and South Asia Presidents Meeting, which took place on 21 – 24 Feb 2024, was a gathering of over 180 regional leaders and chapter managers from the MEPA, Europe, and South Asia regions. This was the first time that all 3 regions had collaborated to host a joint Presidents meeting and it was held on the backdrop of the stunning Shangri-la Al al Jissah in Muscat, Oman. The event brought together Regional Council Members, Presidents, Elects, Chapter Managers, and Regional Professional Staff for three days of connection, learning and experience sharing.

With a focus on strengthening knowledge exchange and regional collaboration under the banner of ‘One EO’ to ensure Presidents finish the year strong and Elects build their confidence ahead of their term, attendees engaged in enriching sessions that ranged from Leadership development to strategic planning for their Chapters to operational excellence. The agenda was curated to provide a platform for attendees to share successes, discuss emerging challenges, exchange best practices, and innovative solutions to the roadblocks facing their respective regions.

The event fostered a collaborative environment where participants could engage in candid discussions, share insights, and network with peers. Attendees left the meeting feeling inspired and equipped with new ideas and strategies to drive positive change in their Chapters and Regions. Overall, the EMEA and South Asia Presidents Meeting reaffirmed the value of regional collaboration and provided a blueprint for future engagement and cooperation.

EMEA RLA VICTORIA FALLS

From the 10-14th September, EMEA hosted 24 members in Vic Falls, Zimbabwe, for the RLA Vic Falls. A diverse group of members from MEPA, Europe, Japan and the USA spent 6 days submerged in the rich culture of Victoria Falls, captivated by the incredible leadership lessons presented by Brian Brault and Malik Muhammed.

It was beautiful to watch and experience life transformations, new friendships formed, but most importantly, the visible impact that a programme like RLA has on our Members to encourage them and give them the tools to become the best version of themselves as Leaders in their various communities.

Our focus on the environment was well presented by gifting all participants with personalised water bottles on arrival, which were then used throughout the event, with cold water stations placed at strategic points for all to fill when required. Our final rating of 9.94 reflects this RLA’s impact on our members.

ELC

October 17-18, the EO Europe region came together to deliver an unforgettable experience at the European Leadership Conference (ELC) in the vibrant city of Barcelona!

The event brought together EO Europe’s Regional Council, Experts, and Representatives from 22 European Chapter boards to connect, collaborate, and learn from each other. We are thankful to see incredible participation from leaders who joined us for engaging

discussions, fruitful networking, and a whole lot of fun!

From aligning our chapters with regional goals to sharing best practices and planning for an exceptional year ahead, every moment at ELC was filled with inspiration, collaboration and plenty of connection.

We celebrated big wins, acknowledging the regional winners of our Chapter Leadership Award program (trophies included ) The ELC program included a memorable workshop facilitated by Esther Blazquez. It was truly a highlight, fostering deeper connections and enriching our understanding of the power of caring and connection. We’ve all had the experience of staring into a stranger’s eyes for 5 minutes! Plenty of energy and connectivity were felt across the region following ELC!

EO UNLIMITED

2023 Unlimited Barcelona, EO Europe’s regional event where challenges met their match and unity was the superhero. Juggling folks from 46 countries, herding 10+ speakers, and surfing through three social venues—from casual hangouts to black-tie gala dinners and beachside bashes was an amazing experience, and the best part is it all came together.

Some key takeaways of the event

• Repeat I believe in me or I believe in you

• Don’t have a shield that takes hits and gets damaged; design an antifragile shield that It gets stronger when it gets hit

• If you know you’ll live forever, your priorities are thrown out of the window. On the contrary, if you shrink time, your ability to focus increases exponentially.

• Life is not short. Life is finite

• Intention meets opportunity - when I have clarity over my goals, I can use the right opportunities with full impact (and ignore the others)

• Your success is someone else’s miracle

Some testimonials

“Dear EO Unlimited Barcelona team! This event was truly amazing in so many aspects! First of all, you created an awesome vibe! The speakers were very impressive, inspiring, and sparked many thoughts. The locations were also great and everything ran very smoothly. Thanks a lot for all the efforts you put for organizing such a memorable event!” - Sebastian Baerhold

“What a kick off for my EO international journey!!! A great thank you to the organising team that put all this energy and effort into providing such a unique experience for me … so many things to take in and digest , such a great community of people where shared values create this magical homey feeling! Looking forward to what is yet to come.” - Maria Droumpani

“I came to Barcelona very low in energy. I was not sure if I would survive a week of meetings, conversations and talks. And then … the EO magic happened … wonderful people, inspiring conversations and meaningful connections. And the energy is back. Thank you all for an amazing event and the whole organization team for putting this together! This was truely UNLIMITED! See you soon in the borderless EO world!” - Heiko Trautwein

Onward and forward ...

MODERATOR SUMMIT IN GREECE

The EMEA Moderator Summit took place on March 7th and 8th in Athens, Greece. Twenty EMEA chapters from Europe and the MEPA region participated. For many attendees, it was their first event outside their chapters and regions—a truly enriching experience. Our journey commenced with a warm gathering at Cafe Avissinia, a charming local restaurant. It proved immensely impactful, focusing on the significance of conversation starters, forum agenda structuring, and conflict resolution.

Day 2 was dedicated to open coaching, fostering connections, and sharing deeply impactful personal narratives. Heartfelt personal anecdotes, including celebrating a Greek SLP’s birthday culminated in traditional Greek dancing and camaraderie. On the final morning, reflections and key takeaways punctuated the summit’s conclusion: The importance of making eye contact. Emphasising reflection over question asking. Trusting the process and adhering to structured notes. Creating a safe space for presenters. Simplifying queries for clarity. Prioritising presenter worksheet completion. Of course, it would not be Greek hospitality if the chapter did not ensure a memorable conclusion to our weekend: MYEO Karaoke Party.

EOA JOINT LEARNING DAY AND EO LONDON CROSS CHAPTER IMPACT DAY

The city saw Accelerator magic created at the Europe EOA Joint Learning Day. 237 Accelerators from 10 of Europe’s 12 Accelerator programs learned, connected and created lasting EO memories during the largest EOA event ever hosted. EBC Q1 23/24 SUMMIT, RIGA/JŪRMALA, LATVIA

What a fantastic way to start our new fiscal year! In Riga, the summit started with a captivating walking tour through Old Town Riga, experiencing the unique taste of Latvian Balsam and attended enlightening learning sessions at the historical “House of the Blackheads.” Our adventure continued with a unique train journey to the Baltic Coast, serenaded by an accordion player, setting the tone for an unforgettable experience.

The summit’s momentum didn’t stop there. Over the next two days, we engaged in exceptional deep dives during our Forum mashups, fostering insightful discussions and connections. A surprise bicycle ride through enchanting forests led us to a historic fishing village, where we delighted in traditional smoked fish prepared as it was over a century ago. Our summit concluded in grand style with a fantastic private party at a secluded beach restaurant. Surrounded by good food, fine wine, lively conversation, and spirited dancing, it was a celebration of the bonds we’ve strengthened and the memories we’ve created.

MyEO events before and after the summit included an afternoon at the shooting range, and friendly competition on a go-carting racetrack!

This summit was, to date, our highest-rated event. Great memories in a special location.

1. Celebrating the anniversary of Europe Bridge Forum and the Founding members of EBC!

Another highlight event was our Boarderless Oktoberfest on 02.10.2023. We started the day together with participants from all over the world in the Almstüberl in the Hofbräukeller. There, the participants were able to be inspired by presentations on the motto “ from Munich to the world” by Marvel COO, Heike Freund, and the founder of Roadsufer, Markus Dickhardt. Through strategic initiatives and dynamic event planning, EO Munich has strengthened its position as a leading community for entrepreneurs in the region. Here is the video with highlights:

SUMMER IN THE CITY WITH EO AND FRIENDS

We end the old and start the new EO year with an annual summer event. Last year’s event took place at the property of one of our members near Frankfurt. The event offered familiar conversations, fun summer games, learning sessions and great dancing beats.

The ACC Learning Days, which we organize together with EO Munich, were once again a success this year. This is also reflected in the interest shown by EO members in attending.

The New Year’s reception in January 2024 was also great fun. This was in the style of the 70s, with a crowning ceremony for the best outfit.

However, the biggest success was the cross-chapter event of all German-speaking chapters (EO Hamburg, EO Munich, EO Rhine-Ruhr, EO Berlin, EO Austria, EO Zurich and EO Germany Southwest) in the summer of 2024. We hosted the first “EO Connect” in Frankfurt. Instead of renowned speakers, we used the expertise of our members and offered six learning sessions on topics such as “AI/KI”, “B2B marketing”, “longevity”, etc. The event was rounded off with relaxed beats and a sunset on a boat, with plenty of time for networking.

Member Increase FY 23/25 +18 plus Graduation of 8 ACCs. Successful participation in the GLC in Singapore. Successfully launched a virtual forum.

Overall, it was a great year with a motivated and harmonious Board. Right at the beginning, we developed the annual motto “Create connecting experiences” and aligned the year 23/24 accordingly.

Many thanks to everyone who took part. Thank you also to all the members who actively offered their knowledge in the form of learning events. You make EO what it is.

COOKING WORKSHOP AND BACHATA WORKSHOP DURING FAMILY BIG RETREAT

We strive to organize each of our retreats following the mind, body, and soul principle, addressing the needs of our members in this holistic approach. During our mini retreat, we organized the NEXT Lvl Forum and conscious breathing sessions, and we also went bowling to strengthen team spirit.

The Big Family Retreat is our largest event; members can bring their families. While children have their own dedicated activities, members and SLPs participated in workshops on team communication, meditation, and bachata dancing this year. In their free time, they formed teams on their own initiative, with basketball emerging as the most popular activity.

On the second day of the trip, we cooked dinner together with the children under the guidance of a judge from the Polish edition of TOP Chef. The Big Family Retreat also serves as a moment to summarize the board’s work and provides time for discussion among all members.

This comprehensive approach to our retreats ensures that we cater to the mind through educational forums and workshops, the body through physical activities and dance, and the soul through meditation and team-building exercises. By incorporating these elements, we create a well-rounded experience that fosters personal growth, team cohesion, and family bonding.

& highlights achievements

This year, we stabilized our forums and developed the second SLP forum. We also acquired our first financial partner, which allowed us to offer additional attractions at the retreat. We were also a community partner at several conferences, increasing brand awareness of our organization. Our board members and several other members participated in EO conferences such as ELC/GLC and other trips.

It has been an interesting year, and it’s evident that we enjoy working together. Both the board and the entire chapter are well-integrated. We have improved our communication and are gaining strength from within.

CHAPTER EVENTS

Our typical chapter learning events are structured as a 2-hour lunch. During these events, our guest speakers present for the first hour, followed by a meal during the second hour. To ensure our guests can enjoy their food, we aim to limit questions during the meal.

This setup provides a boardroom-style experience, making it more engaging and interactive, rather than a one-way presentation. We have successfully organized one of these events every month throughout the year. We have a vibrant group of EO members from various chapters living in Portugal, offering the opportunity to meet people from diverse backgrounds.

CROSS CHAPTER EVENT WITH EO PARIS & EO PORTUGAL

Members of EO Paris visited Portugal for a memorable experience. We embarked on a delightful cruise along the beautiful Tejo River, which set the perfect atmosphere for the evening. This was followed by a dinner & wine where members from both chapters gathered.

The highlight of the event was the sharing of vulnerable experiences and moments. EO GERMANY (DE-UTSCHLAND) EVENT

EO Rhine-Ruhr – as odd as the name might be, simply as we are an Area Chapter, the sense and common goal of our Chapter is crystal clear: “TOGETHER we grow” can hardly be more seeable, liveable AND lovable than along those two major rivers “, The Rhine” and “Ruhr”, meandering through our Cities as we are building bridges. Literally – since Cologne and Düsseldorf are on opposite sides of the River Rhine. But also in a loving way, as beyond the locals here, it is known that ever since they can remember, Cologne (KÖLN) and Düsseldorf have had a rivalry for the better lifestyle, architecture, party life and beer. Note: ALT or KÖLSCH – never mix them up unless you want to embarrass yourself when coming for a visit.

We tend to say our 2x “Hubs” are the City of Cologne and Düsseldorf, however, EO Rhine-Ruhr is so much more. It pretty much covers the Province of North Rhine-Westphalia (“NRW”), our Chapter stretches from Bonn, Germany’s former Capital in the south, up north via Leverkusen, Cologne, Düsseldorf, Mönchengladbach, Dortmund, all the way up to the most picturesque historic cities like Münster. It sounds like the current Bundesliga Table, right? Well, indeed, as the largest and most densely populated Province of Germany, EO Rhine-Ruhr and its members are pretty much proof of its diversity – not only in population but also in the numerous nationalities calling NRW their home and industries. Did you know? e.g. that Düsseldorf is home to the largest Japanese population outside of Tokyo, and even a street sign downtown in Little Tokyo is mounted in Japanese characters? Self-understood that some of the best Sushi and Ramen Soup places are only metres away … Despite being a buzzing, never-boring area and the most densely

populated Province, we @ EO Rhine-Ruhr always find a spot to squeeze some nice gatherings and Events for our Members. Whether Biz-topic related seminars, keynotes and workshops about Neuroscience or Mental Health, the all-time buzzing Learning Days with our EO Accelerators, Michelin-star cooking classes & food events, advanced-level sports on wakeboards & waterskis, a Fireside chat in one of our Member’s hippest furniture showroom or the latest trends from the Sommelier’s world during an exclusive Wine Tasting in our own Bar, Family Events on ski slopes on the Lakefront or our prestigious or the not-to-be-missed 2x landmark Social Events of the year: the EO XMAS Party and its twin in the warmer months, the EO Summer Party.

Never dull, never boring – it is pretty much what one can experience on our home turf here. And with a brief glimpse back into the past: our smashing #EODE 2018-Germany The event might seem like it was long ago, but in fact, our members still rave about it today.

Maybe it’s time for a Da Capo? ;-) Well, whichever occasion or format it will be next: Here’s to many more!

CHAPTER RETREAT

The EO Russia Chapter retreat in Beijing was a great success. We have had all the usual events - learning, integration, activities and tours. The food was great, and the integration with EO Beijing was just the top.

EO WHITE NIGHTS CRUISE PARTY ON JUNE 5, 2024

On the first day of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), a unique event in the world of business and economics, EO Russia and EO Saint Petersburg chapters welcomed special guests of SPIEF and members of Entrepreneurs’ Organization!

On the night cruise, we enjoyed the grandeur of St. Petersburg under the setting sun and experienced the unique atmosphere of the white nights. The guests saw St. Petersburg’s iconic sights, savored the buffet with sparkling wine and had the opportunity to network in the lively atmosphere of the night cruise.

“Thank you for organizing such a positive event! I met many interesting people, both from EO and outside it. The vibe was amazing. Music, weather, food — everything was great!”

EO NEW YEAR GALA

One of the favorite events in EO Russia is the EO New Year Gala. Every year, we try different styles and topics for the event. The 2024 NY Gala became spectacular as the champion was one of our tenured members, Kishore Mordani, and we had fun in Indian style. EO Russia members enjoyed Indian performers, had a dancing master class, and tasted Indian cuisine. As usual, we celebrated our 10+ years of tenured members and competed in different quizzes about EO and our chapter. While members had their peer-to-peer learning session, spouses had an art master class in creating a Wish Magnet, something to tune themselves to the upcoming year. Danny Shou, EO Tokyo, participated in the EO Russia New Year Gala shared:

“Thank you, EO Russia, for another fantastic event! We really appreciated the great hospitality, abundant laughter, and wonderful memories! A warm welcome for any of your members and partners who want to come to Japan, our chapters can sponsor. I hope to return the favor 10x when you visit! Happy holidays!

MASTER CLASS WITH NATALIA BERDIKYAN

The master class with Natalia Berdikyan, an EO Barcelona member, was great! Cognitive practices for energy management, health improvement, and leadership effectiveness. A lecture on the psychological aspects of abundance and work on subconscious limiting beliefs.

“After the event, I felt joy and energized. Natalia radiates strong, positive energy. It’s a pity we didn’t have enough time to do breathing exercises because of the timing.”

& highlights achievements

This year has been difficult yet a good year for EO Russia and EO Saint Petersburg. We have come to a decision to be one chapter – to get stronger and unite Russian speaking members in different countries.

We started to organize events to include members from other chapters all over the world. It is not the easiest job in current political situation, but we persevere.

CHAPTER RETREAT

2023/2024 was a colorful year for EO South East Europe, filled with social gatherings to boost our connections and learning events that provided us with valuable insights and taught us new skills. We started the new financial year in a party mood by the Black Sea coastline at the summer house of our learning chair in Bulgaria, enjoying the touch of the green grass on our feet and capturing the breeze to keep us energized for the year ahead.

As the holiday season ended and everyone got back to work, we welcomed our first foreign speaker, Mr. Will Scott, long-time EO’er, author of The Culture Fix and founder of The Culture Fix Academy. He spoke to our members in Sofia and Bucharest about the importance of creating a team of like-minded people who share the same values and shared valuable practical tips.

In the meantime, a number of other small-sized social and learning events took place both in Sofia and in Bucharest. We learned a ton of new things about our peers, their businesses, dreams, and challenges, and had a lot of fun during our regular social catch-ups in the heart of Sofia and Bucharest. We met many local entrepreneurs and started building a type of community never seen before.

What’s next? We bet you’ll hear from us soon!

SUMMER PARTY IN JUNE 2023

Members, Accelerators, and their families gathered to celebrate the arrival of summer. They enjoyed a friendly lunch, soaked in Lavaux’s breathtaking panoramic beauty. It was the perfect way to kick off the season 23/24.

START 2024 DINNER PARTY

We’ve revamped the traditional Christmas dinner into an unforgettable Start 2024 celebration. Our members, accelerators and their SLP gathered for a private medieval evening at Chillon Castle, the Swiss most prestigious historical site, aglow with torches, complete with private tours, fire jugglers, and a spit-roasted feast by the fireplace. A magical night that will be remembered.

1. The Snow Alpine Retreat, co-organized with EO Paris and EO Belgium, was a tremendous success, with participation from 17 different nationalities, and was the best rated European Cross chapter event ( ski retreat)

2. We achieved spectacular growth this year, with an increase of +30% in forum members and +61% in accelerators.

3. We are incredibly excited to organize and host the next Unlimited event in September 2025, with a cross-chapter committee.

4. We achieved significant member engagement, with 95% of members attending at least one event, and 25% of members and 50% of accelerators participating in international events or programs.

As we reflect on the past year of our chapter, we are filled with gratitude and pride for the incredible journey we have embarked upon together. Throughout the challenges and opportunities presented to us, our members and board have exhibited unparalleled resilience, determination and EO tribe spirit. From navigating turbulent market conditions to seizing new avenues for growth, each member has contributed to our collective success. As EO Turkey, we have fostered a supportive community where ideas flourish, partnerships thrive, and aspirations become achievements. The dedication and enthusiasm displayed by our members have not only strengthened our organization but also enriched the entrepreneurial landscape in our community, including that of other chapter members, GSEA finalists, and prospects.

Looking ahead, we are excited about the prospects that lie before us. With a steadfast commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement, we are poised to reach even greater heights in the coming year. Our journey together has reaffirmed our belief in the power of entrepreneurship to drive positive change and create lasting impact. Here’s to celebrating our accomplishments, embracing our lessons learned, and charting a course for future success as a dynamic and thriving entrepreneur’s organization chapter.

CHAPTER RETREAT

Our recent chapter retreat, learning events and engagement events have been nothing short of inspiring and transformative. The opportunity to gather as a community in person and virtually has reignited our collective passion for growth and collaboration. From insightful workshops led by industry experts to meaningful discussions that sparked new ideas, each moment was a testament to our commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

The party provided a valuable opportunity for members to network and build relationships beyond business discussions, strengthening the foundation of our chapter. It was heartening to see everyone come together, exchanging ideas and inspirations that will fuel our entrepreneurial journeys in the year ahead. From delicious food and lively entertainment to heartfelt conversations and moments of laughter, every aspect of the Christmas party contributed to its success. As we look back on this memorable event, we are reminded of the incredible community we have built—one that continues to support and inspire each other on our entrepreneurial paths. Here’s to more moments of celebration, collaboration, and growth in the upcoming year. Cheers to our Entrepreneur’s Organization chapter and the bright future we are forging together!

FAMILY DAY

Our chapter organized a spectacular Family Day is filled with thrilling ski activities, and it was an absolute delight for all involved. Bringing together our members and their families against the backdrop of snow-capped mountains and crisp winter the air created an atmosphere of pure joy. The day was marked by laughter, shared adventures on the slopes, and heartwarming moments of togetherness. It was truly remarkable to witness our entrepreneurial community extend beyond business discussions to include our loved ones, fostering deeper connections and creating lasting memories. We received overwhelmingly positive feedback from attendees who appreciated the chance to unwind and bond in such a picturesque setting. The event not only strengthened our chapter’s sense of unity but also underscored the importance of work-life balance and family-oriented activities. As we look back on this memorable Family Day, we are grateful for the opportunity to nurture relationships beyond the boardroom and celebrate the spirit of camaraderie that defines our Entrepreneur’s Organization chapter. Here’s to more moments of adventure, connection, and shared experiences in the future.

BBQ EVENT

In September 2023, as the new EO year began, an important BBQ event was hosted by one of our esteemed EO members. Over 100 EO members, along with their families and children, gathered to enjoy an afternoon of networking, delicious BBQ, and interactive activities for the kids.

The event provided a valuable opportunity for members to strengthen connections and build community bonds in a relaxed, enjoyable setting. The perfect weather further enhanced the experience, ensuring everyone had a wonderful time. This BBQ event was a testament to the vibrant and supportive EO community, setting a positive tone for the year ahead.

SUMMER PARTY

Our summer party always kicks off the new fiscal year. We celebrated and feasted by the lake with over 130 people. EO members, with their partners and accelerators, spent a lovely evening. it’s always nice to celebrate and enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.

HIGHLIGHTS

Our highlights in 23/24 were our chapter retreat on friendship and relationships. Wilhelm Schmid, a German philosopher, and Felix Hirschburger gave us two sessions on friendship and emotional health on the essential topics of life, which left us all wondering but also thinking. We hardly have any photos of this event because we just let ourselves drift without documenting. All the children were professionally looked after all day and were happy. So were the parents, as there was plenty of time to enjoy with their partner.

X-MAS PARTY

After our summer party, the next big event will, of course, be our X-Mas party in December. It is always a great pleasure that almost all members attend our X-Mas party with their partners. Only now, in May, our first Entrepreneurs Summit at Google Headquarters in Zürich. We are proud to have had so many great entrepreneurs on our stage. We experienced authentic, honest speakers who talked about various topics, Successful Leadership Crisis, Values/Tradition/long-term, Governance, A board that works, Resilience and Corporate Culture. We were delighted with the international guests, and it was an exciting day with many impressions and learnings for all participants. The event ended at Charlatan with food, drinks and dancing. A complete success! We are looking forward to the Entrepreneurs Summit 2025.
