(Continued) There are many ways to prevent Dementia and Alzheimer's disease, but there is a very simple answer. There exists three magical foods that can help prevent Dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Those three foods are‌‌. chicken, fish, and nuts. Researchers at Columbia University Medical Center have found out that chicken, fish, and nuts are rich in one thing that many other foods don't have. That thing is Omega-3 fatty acids. This was discovered in the past. Your body needs Omega-3 fatty acids to live because it helps with protein. Taking one gram a day (about two walnuts) can help clear out about 30% of the bad protein. If you remember to eat these foods, then you will have an easier time remembering everything else.

Changes in the American Lifestyle from 1920-2000 The American lifestyle has been known as many things. The 1920s were a time of powerful social and political change. For the first time, more Americans lived in cities than on farms. The nation's total wealth more than doubled between 1920 and 1929, and this great growth swept many Americans Into an unfamiliar society. In the 1920s life was good for the majority of Americans until the date of 1929-1939, the start and end of the great depression. During the Depression, most people did not have much money to spare for anything that wasn’t necessary. Although, most people did have radios–and listening to the radio was free. Musicals, also known as “screwball” comedies and gangster movies offered people an escape from the grim realities of life in the 1930s. After the great depression and the start of world war ll the idea of the American dream is showcased. In the beginning of the 1940s, America was in the middle of World War II. Men were being sent overseas while women were being sent to the factories. For some women, this was the opening of a new door in the American Dream. Instead of only wanting a husband, women had the opportunity to seek out employment. By the time the war was over, women began to take on more jobs in the workplace until they married or became pregnant. At the beginning of the 1960s, many Americans believed they were standing at the dawn of a golden age. That golden age never was truly created. On the contrary, by the end of the 1960s the nation was falling apart. The 1970s in some ways was thought of the decade was a continuation of the 1960s. Women, African Americans, Native Americans, gays and lesbians and other people continued their fight for equality, and many Americans joined the protest against the ongoing war in Vietnam. In other ways, however, the decade was a rejection of the 1960s. A “New Right” mobilized in defense of political conservatism and traditional family roles, and the behavior of President Richard Nixon undermined many people’s faith in the good intentions of the federal government. By the end of the decade, these divisions and disappointments had set a tone for public life that many would argue is still with us today. For many people in the United States, the late 1970s were a troubled time. The countercultural movements of the 1960s and early 1970s, the Watergate scandal, the Vietnam War, uncertainty in the Middle East and economic crisis in America had undermined Americans’ confidence in their fellow citizens and in their government. By the end of Jimmy Carter’s presidency, the dreams of the 1960s were worn down by inflation, foreign policy turmoil and rising crime. Many Americans embraced a new economic and political life during the 1980s. The decade also saw the rise of the “yuppie,” an explosion of blockbuster movies and the emergence of cable networks like MTV, which introduced the music video and launched the careers of many artists. Culturally, the 1990s are characterized by the rise of multiculturalism and alternative media, which continued into the 2000s. Movements such as grunge, the rave scene and hip hop spread around the world to young people during that decade, aided by then-new technology such as cable television and the World Wide Web.

How Technology is Changing Society Look around. What do you see? Is there anyone without a phone? The invention of Internet social networking and electronic devices has changed how often humans interact with one another and how they stay connected. Instead of getting things done, people procrastinate. In general, we focus on entertaining ourselves more than ever. Mailing cards and letters, telephone books, newspapers and telegrams have become obsolete. Book stores and music stores are no longer needed. The Internet has changed the way sellers advertise their products, it has changed how politicians run their campaigns, and anyone can find an answer to any health issue they face. Wi-Fi has changed the way we travel, communicate, learn and even live. Artificial Intelligence has changed how we work, since simple or repetitive tasks can be done by automated systems. Apps and online shopping allow us to buy things with the press of a button. Technology has made watches obsolete because almost all devices have a clock.

The way we think of privacy has been significantly changed with photo-changing sites such as Flickr and Instagram. Although people talk to others more than ever, they don’t physically see their friends, family, and everyone else as much as they used to. The average person sleeps less, works less, and spends less time outside. Almost all forms of socializing and communicating is done by technology.

How Trump will Affect the U.S. Donald Trump, like all presidents, will affect the U.S in many ways, but one thing is for sure; his election will change America, for better or for worse. When Trump enters the White House he will change what Obama did when he was in office. Trump will want to make loads of changes once he is in office, one of the biggest being that he wants to deport 11.3 million illegal immigrants living in the U.S. This probably won’t happen because it would take too much time, cost too much money, and on top of that, it would be impossible to round up 11.3 million people and deport them. He also wants to build a wall to stop illegal immigrants from Mexico to the U.S. This task wouldn’t be possible because it would cost too much money, and it would be a waste of money. If Trump were to do these things it would cause many problems.
