Deciding to throw myself into catering industry when was 15 years old. Then three years later, had my wishes fulfilled, which was entering a culinary school. Also, I spent leisure times work in three different kinds of kitchen to learn more real experience than words in the books. After I came to Australia for the internship, I gradually realized that there are more possibilities in the food-industry.
