Greetings!
Working with parties going through divorce you likely often address points of contention and conflict.
When it comes to selling the house, the problems compound:
Agreeing on a list price
Sabotaging showings
Refusing to sign paperwork
A restrained party accessing the house
Deciding who will pay for the repairs
These are added points of stress on a case and consume the parties’ financial recources.
As a Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert, my job is to address these challenges through a specific listing process designed specifically for couples going through divorce, and to prevent and mitigate conflict so that the listing keeps moving forward and everyone involved can achieve closure.
I am committed to bringing the services of a CDRE to our local family law community. Enclosed you will find more information about the Certified Divorce Real Estate Expert designation as well as my CV.
Best regards,
Diana Carcamo
