Q: Our daily regime is becoming more frantic by the day.

A: We used to say it was important to find a good worklife balance to look after our mental health along with our general wellbeing but now it's finding a good work-life balance vs smartphone interaction that is going to be critical for our mental health moving forward.

A 24-7 flow of updates, news, drama and work related emails, among other things, has meant our brains are engaged far more than they ever were.
