Gentle Circuit Combat Aquafit Zumba
Abs Blast is a 30 minute class working core muscles focusing on abdominals to tighten tummy and work lower back. 2 Body Blast is an hour of toning exercises for your whole body. This class uses your own body resistance and hand weights. It includes a good workout for your stomach muscles - simple but effective. 2-3 Pump FX is a class that uses barbells and adjustable weights to achieve all over toning and conditioning 2-4 Legs, Bums & Tums combines aerobics, with toning of the legs, bottom and stomach. 2-3 Total Tone is a whole class of toning exercises targeting every part of the body. A good overall workout. 2

Zumba Studio Cycling 20/20/20
Agewell is a gentle aerobic class for the more mature exerciser. An opportunity to keep fit and meet new people. 2 Aquafit is a water based workout in the pool. This class uses the resistance of water to provide an effective workout without too much stress on the joints. 1-2 Gentle Circuit is a low level class suitable for older adults or anyone whose mobility may require a gentle approach to exercise. 1

Legs, Bums & Tums Pump FX Pilates Zumba Studio Cycling
Boxercise is a high energy class, which offers a combination of different boxing techniques and other exercises in a circuit format. 2-4 Combat combines moves and stances from a range of self defence disciplines like karate, boxing and taekwondo into an hour long energetic routine. 3-4 Studio Cycling gives you great aerobic fitness. A group based static cycle class where you can work at your own level by controlling the resistance of your bike. 2-4 20/20/20 is a mixed class of 20 minute aerobics, 20 minutes step and 20 minutes toning. 2-3 Zumba is an easy to follow, fat burning, dance workout. The latest craze! Love your workout, love Zumba! 2
