On Arrival A member of staff and your photographer will arrange to meet you and organise your photographs with your wedding cake before you receive your guests.
Receiving your Guests After greeting the Bridal party, your reception drinks will be served to your guests as they take their seats ready for the wedding breakfast to begin. The best man will request the guests to be upstanding for the entrance of the bride and groom
Speeches and Toasts After the meal has been served the best man will call upon the bride and groom to cut the cake. Your toast drink will be served. First to speak is the father of the bride (or family friend) who thanks guests for attending and proposes a toast to the new couple. The groom then replies to thank everybody, and then toasts the bridesmaids. The best man replies with his speech finishing by proposing a toast to absent friends. On completion the bride and groom can mingle with their guests.

Evening Celebration If you wish to continue your reception into the evening, you and your guests can relax in the bar lounge while the room change over takes place.
Evening Reception Buffet Choose from any of the selections on our separate finger buffet brochure. Alternatively if there are any changes or special requirements, we will discuss these with you. All room hire, VAT are included in the price. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF HIRE 1 Facilities may only be used for the purposes for which they have been booked.

7 All bookings are subject to availability, a non-refundable £50 deposit is required to secure the booking.
