DA22/317 275 Arthur Road, Corndale and 319 Arthur Road, Dorroughby To undertake a boundary adjustment subdivision between two (2) rural lots.

At the Ordinary April meeting on Tuesday, 11 April Councillors resolved to:

DA22/342 3/38 Carrington Street, Lismore To undertake the change of use of the premises from a Pilates Studio to a Colonic Hydrotherapy Clinic

• Classify 20 Hillside Drive, Nimbin as Operational Land.

DA23/10 76 Nielson Street, East Lismore Construction of Storage Shed

• Place on public exhibition a revised Councillors Expenses & Facilities Policy.

DA23/11 7 Pimelea Court, Caniaba Shed

DA23/16 8 Gardenia Crescent, Caniaba Dwelling alteration (convert existing attached garage to a games room including the removal of garage door, insert 2 x windows, brick veneer panel and wet bar)

• Adopt the Council Related Development Application Conflict of Interest Policy.

DA23/24 45 Pound Street, Lismore Proposed construction of a detached workroom, expanded dwelling module and the removal of 14 trees.

• Support the Planning Proposal to amend the Lismore Local Environmental Plan 2012 to include optional clause 5.22 - special flood considerations.

DA23/26 286 Keen Street, Girards Hill Inground swimming pool and retaining walls.

• Receive the March 2023 investment report.

• Endorse the recommendation for construction of a new sewage treatment plant at the existing site at East Lismore and raising flood affected assets at the South Lismore sewage treatment plant above flood level.

DA23/34 301 Alphadale Road, Lindendale As built alterations and additions to existing shed.

• Endorse the land acquisition for road widening purposes of 33 Arthur Road, Corndale.

DA23/37 1/12 Lucia Crescent, Howards Grass Construction of a shed and removal of one tree.

• Note the lease of office space in Lismore Central for the Richmond Tweed Regional Library’s children’s program.

DA23/39 44 Baldock Drive, Mcleans Ridges Inground swimming pool.

DA23/41 11 Parkes Street, Girards Hill Removal of one (1) Bunya Pine tree in a heritage conservation area.

• Discontinue the Social Justice and Crime Prevention Committee.

• Receive the Pecuniary Interest Returns report and acknowledge the tabled Pecuniary Interest Returns.

DA23/42 12 Spurfield Road, McLeans Ridges Dwelling addition (covered patio) councillors from the 14 March 2023 meeting.

• Revoke the Support Service and Functions to Mayor and Councillors Policy.

• Move the June Ordinary Council meeting to 20 June 2023.

• Provide additional funding of $10,000 from the 2022/23 Incentive for Events budget to the Nimbin Aquarius Festival.
