Pat Martinez, Host President and CEO Leadership in the Clouds™ Pat Martinez is a prolific community leader, author, and an advocate for social capital building. She has over 25 years of expertise in Leadership, Business Development, Organizational Transformation, & Nonprofit Management. She is the owner and CEO of Leadership in the Clouds™ a management consulting firm. Implementing innovative technology to provide strategic consultancy for corporate teams, privately owned businesses, and nonprofit organizations focused on increasing productivity and sustainable, profitable growth. Whether remotely or in person, the firm provides its clientele with information that is implemented in real-time. Pat is the author of "Success in Mind," 8 ways to manage, develop a competitive edge effectively. Believing in mindful leadership, we can become aware of our purpose as well as design a strategic plan in life. To celebrate this belief, her firm launched "Success in Mind Business Series" to empower business owners with information to implement and drive their business to the next level of success. Engaged in local and national directorships, affiliations, advisory roles, and she serves on NC Governor’s Commission on Inclusion. Inducted into the Women’s Hall of Fame at the Levine Museum of the New South; recognized by Pride Magazine for creating “Diversity in the Clouds,” named one of the “25 Distinguished Women in Business” by MEA Magazine and designated “Businesswoman of the Year” by La Noticia and from Diamante and HMAC, recognized for her Advocacy and by SHEN at Shell Oil Corp., recognized for Bridging the Gap. Pat holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Rutgers University, has professional training in Paralegal Studies, Professional Behavioral & Motivators Analyst, Community Problem-Solving Skills for Civic Leadership. She is a certified Trainer - Bridges Out of Poverty, Professional Life Coach, CBT Cognitive Behavior Life Coach, and Stress Management Life Coaching. Pat's working on her Master of Science in Management and Leadership. In response to COVID-19, Pat supported local efforts with community leaders to provide food access, fund, healthcare and educational resources to her community. Seeing that hunger was still an issue, she founded and established the I-CAN TODAY movement. In partnership with UCITY Family Zone, Convoy of Hope and other organizations in her community, Pat is able to provide the connection between pantries and food resources and those without transportation, and those that are home-bound. Vivian Delgado President and Founder Vivid Strategies, Inc. She was directly responsible for the operation of 11 retail locations, including sales and revenue growth, oversight of real estate investments, management of a $2.8 million project budget as well as hiring and training high performing sales teams for each location. Vivian has transitioned from the corporate world to the entrepreneur world with her most recent awarded contract as an AT&T Authorized Retailer. Her first endeavor as an entrepreneur is as president and founder of Vivid Strategies, Inc., which currently has two divisions, retail and consulting. The retail division is scheduled to open five AT&T locations in the Florida market in 2019. The consulting division was also awarded its first contract, where Vivid will assist in the structuring and opening while also overseeing operations of a new AT&T Authorized Retailer in the Georgia market. Vivian is also the founder of a merchandising brand, set to launch in 2019, and has been awarded its trademark approval and currently in the last stage of the trade registry. The brand will support victims of sex trafficking and represent how women, no matter where they are in this journey called life, can create and transform themselves and the world with greatness, one sparkle at a time. As a leader, Vivian understands the importance of serving in her local community. She is a member and has served in Women's Intercultural Exchange (WIE), the Women's Impact Fund, HACEMOS, Women of AT&T, Junior League of Columbia, Raleigh, Columbia, Latin American Women's Association, Main Street Latin Festival Sponsorship Liaison and Board.

Macie Mata Chief Financial Officer Leadership in the Clouds™ Macie Mata is a passionate, female advocate residing in Charlotte, NC. Her financial career started ten years ago with Wells Fargo. Her drive to succeed and coachable personality helped her climb the corporate ladder at a rapid pace. By twenty-one she was moved to Nashville, TN to assist in the market conversion from Wachovia to Wells Fargo. During this time Macie was able to take countless under-performing Retail Banking Centers and turn them into a success story, with team averages over 150% of their goals. Macie was able to take the only Private Bankers in the state of TN and double the team size with less than a year of management. Furthering her career, she moved to Charlotte, NC as a Business Consultant. She spent two years partnering directly with 35 Retail Banking Centers and 150 Business Bankers to help drive financial success to companies generating $100K to $10M in revenue. Macie then expanded her consulting experience to technology companies and began thinking beyond her financial career. Stepping away from Wells Fargo, Macie went on to become the Founder and CEO of a startup, MAZE Services and successfully published a mobile application on Apple and Android, providing a platform connecting clients to professionals for beauty services. Macie spent two years building her company and team before executing a successful technology acquisition. MAZE put Macie in many spotlights as The Woman Defining the Beauty Industry and was the highlighted female founder on multiple panels, Microsoft and Neiman Marcus to name a few. She and her co-founder were the only female representatives on the main stage pitching at Seed the South in 2019. Since her technology exit, Macie has been using her experience to coach diverse Founders to develop proprietary business practices that drive raising of capital as well as the overhaul of business models in preparation to scale, resulting in $6.25 million in total fundraising for startups within the Charlotte Market. In December of 2019, Macie joined the Leadership in the Clouds™ team and has a trajectory of thirty percent increase in just six short months.
Alba Sanchez Manager-Immigrant Welcome Center Latin American Coalition Alba Sanchez is the Manager of the Immigrant Welcome Center at the Latin American Coalition in Charlotte, where they provide support to families in crisis and help them navigate the system in Charlotte. Every year the LAC serves about 5000 individuals with the incredible support of other staff members and volunteers. Originally from Costa Rica. She studied Rural Education at the National University in Costa Rica (UNA), and Assistance Accounting in the Alfredo Gonzalez Flores HS. In-state of NC, Alba earned a North Carolina state license as a Substance Abuse Prevention Specialist (CSAPC) and a license as an Alcohol, Drugs Education Traffic School Facilitator (ADETS), a state program for individuals driving under the influence (DUI/DWI). She worked at the Center for Prevention Services, a nonprofit organization established in Charlotte. She managed the Latino department from 2008 to 2016, where they offered represented and delivered many Substance Use prevention Spanish educational curriculum in different NC counties. She is a cofounder of the first Substance Abuse Prevention Coalition in North Carolina for Latino Youth Alianza. As the Manager and Diversity Services Coordinator at InnerVision Inc, Charlotte, NC, she provides Mental Health Services to the Spanish speaking uninsured members. She also serves as the Latino parent facilitator with the Union County Health Department's "Parenting with Purpose" program. Alba has worked as a class facilitator with kindergartens, working at jail centers, interacting with senior citizens as well as community organizers, and events coordinator for Mecklenburg County Substance Abuse Awareness Month (SAAM) from 2009-2013. Alba is inspired to create a better world for her son Benjamin and all other children and families in the community.
Jill Goodrich President, Founder & CEO Women's Chamber of Commerce Jill Goodrich is the President, Founder & CEO of the Women's Chamber of Commerce, Atlanta, a member-driven nonprofit organization promoting the advancement of women in entrepreneurship, leadership, and the workplace. Additionally, Jill founded the Women's Chamber Foundation to provide free educational tools, scholarships, and resources. Since forming the Women's Chamber, Jill has forged local, national, and international partnerships. In 2016, she established a partnership with the City of Atlanta's Women's Entrepreneurship Initiative. In 2017, Jill hosted Atlanta's first annual International Women's Day Summit and partnered with 2020 Women on Boards to bring the city's first "National Conversation on Board Diversity" to Atlanta. She also established partnerships with the AAUW to host Atlanta's first series of free wage negotiation workshops to help close the wage gender gap. Additionally, Jill established strategic partnerships to spur economic development for female entrepreneurs and launched the #Buy her Marketplace, a platform for women to source products and services from women-owned and women-led organizations globally. A graduate of Michigan State University with a B.A. in Finance, Jill holds dual American and Dutch citizenship. A frequent guest speaker and judge for pitch competitions, Jill serves on the Small Business Advisory Council, and the Diversity & Inclusion Council of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, are a Board Director for HireLiving and a Community Service Award recipient.
