To appropriate a quote by Mark Twain, many people are talking about the death of the workplace in the wake of the COVID-19 event. The C-19 event is a Black Swan event still unfolding on the world stage which will inevitably result in long term changes for the Workplace. Although we’re currently seeing a fracturing of workplace strategy and how companies are dealing with physical workspace, at some point the pandemic will pass. What changes will remain? And, because of the fundamental way humans engage and interact with each other, what things won't change? For any company that sees in-person collaboration as a differentiator or a strategic advantage for their clients and their workforce, the workplace will still remain relevant.
