“The Post Campus is so peaceful, yet so close to the excitement of the city, which is truly a combination that cannot be beaten. Since transferring before my junior year, I have been very involved on campus as one of the captains of the women’s ice hockey team, a member of the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, and a founding member of the LIU Athletics Diversity Equity and Inclusion Taskforce. I have learned so much, met so many amazing people and cannot wait to see what my senior year has in store.”

LIU is dedicated to making your education affordable. Counselors provide assistance with the financial aid application process (FAFSA) and they’ll help create a personal plan to cover tuition, housing, and other expenses. They connect LIU students with scholarships, grants, loans, and work study opportunities.
Free financial aid seminars are offered throughout the year. The seminars provide detailed information about the FAFSA process and how to obtain the maximum amount of aid to fund your college education.
For information about our seminars, contact Admissions at 516.299.2900.
The LIU Express Success program offers scholarship opportunities for eligible community college students transferring to LIU with an associate’s degree or 45 credits or more in progress. Scholarships are automatically awarded based on academic achievement. Funds are subject to availability.
