Letter From The
n honor of Mother’s Day this month, we’d like to share this touching poem about motherhood and unconditional love. We were both blessed with wonderful mothers who cherished us. Although my own mother has been gone for almost 20 years now, her memory and my love for her will always survive. Growing up, I don’t think I ever appreciated how much she sacrificed or how much she loved us…it wasn’t until I held my first child that I truly understood my mother’s love and commitment. And if my own children love me a fraction as much as I loved my mother, then I’m a lucky Mama!! Here’s to all of the Mommys out there…HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!!
Before I was a Mom…
I slept as late as I wanted and never worried about what time I went to bed. I showered and brushed my hair and my teeth every day.

I cleaned my house each day. I never tripped over toys or forgot words to a lullaby. I didn’t worry whether or not my plants were poisonous. I never thought about immunizations.
I had never been thrown up on, spit up on or chewed on. I had complete control of my mind and my thoughts. I slept all night.
Before I was a Mom…
I never held down a screaming child so that doctors could do tests...or give shots. I never looked into teary eyes and cried. I never got gloriously happy over a simple grin. I never sat up late hours at night watching a baby sleep.
Before I was a Mom…
I never held a sleeping baby just because I didn’t want to put her down. I never felt my heart break into a million pieces when I couldn’t stop her hurt. I never knew that something so small could affect my life so much. I never knew that I could love someone so much. I never knew I would love being a Mom.
Before I was a Mom…
I didn’t know the feeling of having my heart outside my body. I didn’t know how special it could feel to feed a hungry baby. I didn’t know that bond between a mother and her child. I didn’t know that something so small could make me feel so important.
Before I was a Mom…
I had never gotten up in the middle of the night every 10 minutes to make sure all was okay. I had never known the warmth, the joy, the love, the heartache, the wonderment or the satisfaction of being a Mom. I didn’t know I was capable of feeling so much before I was a Mom. --Author Unknown

UNDAT FO
“Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world.” -Nelson Mandela The quote above rings true when we think about the future of our students and the impact that education can have upon students. Equally as important is the education and investment in the learning of the educators who serve students and help students reach new heights with learning. The Prosper Education Foundation through their actions of support and dedication have exemplified a strong commitment to the educators of Prosper ISD in the most profound way. The Prosper Education Foundation committed to providing training to educators in Prosper ISD beginning in June 2015. The goal was to have an impact through professional learning that would provide the students of Prosper ISD a higher level of learning through high levels of learning provided to teachers. Not only did the foundation want to have an impact on learning for teachers they

wanted educators who truly go above and beyond to have an opportunity to attend high quality training that would lead to a greater impact in the district. They desired to have educators that are viewed as having a vision and impact beyond the walls of the classroom. These are the teachers who reach all students because they are viewed as teacher leaders amongst all the teachers and staff on any given campus in Prosper ISD. Educators from across Prosper ISD submitted an application with the hope that they would be selected to attend a Response to Intervention at Work training in St. Louis, Missouri sponsored by the Prosper Education Foundation. The educators selected were: Kim Burch, Penny Washington, Nathan Smith, Liz Arnold, Torrey Eckert, Danielle Wallace, Kari Roan, Christina Smith, Ashlyn Nelson, Blair Hickey, Marisol Balderas, Karen Kidd, Shelly Spears, Brett Phipps, Lindsey Leeper, Trent Turner, Zach DeVito, David Bill, and Stephanie Gonzales. The RTI at Work model builds on the foundation of the Professional May 2016
Learning Communities at Work process by using team structures and a focus on learning, collaboration, and results to drive successful outcomes. The belief is that all students must have access to essential grade-level curriculum and highly effective instructional practices. In addition, a school must provide increasing targeted supplemental and intensive interventions for all students needing additional support to master the academic skills, knowledge, and behaviors required to succeed in school and beyond.

RTI at Work is defined by four essential guiding principles: 1. Collective responsibility is a shared belief that the primary responsibility of each member of the organization is to ensure high levels of learning for every child.
PERFORMANCE G R O U P
/ProsperCelinaHomes
2. Concentrated instruction is a collaborative process that focuses teacher teams on the skills and knowledge most important to the student and his or her future. 3. Convergent assessment is an ongoing process of collecting targeted information to add depth and breadth to the understanding of each student’s individual needs, obstacles, and points of learning leverage. 4. Certain access is a systematic process that guarantees every student will receive the time and support needed to learn at high levels.
We look forward to serving you with a mortgage strategy to make your dream of home ownership come true!
The educators that were selected to attend were inspired by the training and are committed to bringing a greater impact to all students in Prosper ISD by training others with their new learning. Prosper ISD would like to thank the Prosper Education Foundation for making a dream a reality and for investing in the future of Prosper ISD students and teachers.

Congratulations PISD Teachers of the Year! Prosper ISD is proud to honor this year’s teachers of the year for each of our campuses. Here in Prosper ISD, we are blessed with many great teachers who love and care for our children. Our teachers of the year demonstrate excellence in the classroom and outstanding leadership on their campuses. They have earned the respect and admiration of their students, parents, and colleagues. During Monday’s district school board meeting, all of the campus teachers of the year were celebrated and honored. The district also announced its elementary and secondary teachers of the year. Nathan Smith from Baker Elementary won the elementary teacher of the year, and Kassidy Wagner from Rogers Middle School won the secondary teacher of the year. Both Mr. Smith and Mrs. Wagner will move on to compete in the Region 10 teacher of the year competition. Baker Elementary: Mr. Nathan Smith is Baker Elementary’s teacher of the year. Mr. Smith is a 4th grade teacher. He has been teaching for eight years, with six years here in Prosper. Garry Gorman, Baker Elementary principal, says that it is Mr. Smith’s dedication to his students that stands out. He is dedicated to their learning and emotional needs. He is dedicated to creating and maintaining a positive and collaborative relationship with parents. And he is dedicated to his own continuous lifelong personal learning. Mr. Smith says that he lives for those “light bulb” moments, when he and a student are working so hard to grasp a new concept, and then it finally clicks. The student’s face lights up, and he finally gets it—what a priceless moment. Cockrell Elementary: Mrs. Deidra Reynolds is Cockrell Elementary’s teacher of the year. Mrs. Reynolds is a 3rd grade teacher. She has been teaching for 12 years, with six years here in Prosper. Glenda Dophied, the principal at Cockrell Elementary, says that Mrs. Reynolds is a teacher that not only goes above and beyond to create success for her students, but she is also an amazing
14
Prosper Magazine
and supportive leader for her team and campus. Mrs. Reynolds loves getting to know her students as individuals and discovering the best way to each one. Folsom Elementary: Mrs. Katie McLain is Folsom Elementary’s teacher of the year and teaches fourth grade English and Language Arts. Mrs. McLain has been teaching for 13 years, nine of which have been here in Prosper. Laine Jones, Folsom Elementary principal, says that Mrs. McLain makes a significant difference in the lives of her students. Values of family, love, encouragement, and mutual respect are discussed, modeled, and practiced in her classroom. Over time, relationships are created that become the backbone of her classroom. Mrs. McLain feels that it is so rewarding to see such an amazing transformation in all of her students every year. Light Farms Elementary: Mrs. Brittany Short is Light Farms Elementary’s teacher of the year and teaches second grade. Mrs. Short was lucky enough to student teach here in Prosper, and the experience was great enough to keep her here! This is her fifth year in education, and she has spent all of her years here in Prosper. Daphne Morris, principal of Light Farms Elementary, believes that Mrs. Short is a perfect representation of Prosper ISD. She arrives to work with a smile on her face, maintains a drive for student success and shines with her passion for education and her role as a teacher, colleague and employee. When a job outside of the classroom calls for volunteers, Brittany is one of the first to donate her time and does so with commitment, organization and a positive attitude. Rucker Elementary: Mrs. Leslie Harrison, 4th grade teacher, is Rucker Elementary’s teacher of the year. Mrs. Harrison has been teaching for 19 years, the last three of which have been in Prosper. Machelle Scogin, the principal at Rucker Elementary, May 2016
states that Mrs. Harrison exemplifies traits such as dedicated, hardworking, ever growing, motivating, and inspiring. She doesn’t allow outside obstacles to get in the way of her utmost respect and dedication to her students, parents, and colleagues. She continues to embrace the quote by John Maxwell, “Change is inevitable, Growth is optional” while demonstrating a positive lifelong learner mindset to her students and colleagues. Rogers Middle School: Mrs. Kassidy Wagner, 6th grade math teacher, is Rogers Middle School’s teacher of the year. Mrs. Wagner has been teaching for four years, all of which have been at Rogers Middle School, even doing her student teaching with us! Todd Shirley, principal of Rogers Middle School, says that Mrs. Wagner is making a difference in the lives of all of her students and continues to make an impact at Rogers every single day. Every August, she gets butterflies in her stomach as she welcomes a new group of students. She knows that every single day will be different and that they will spend each day growing and learning together. As each school year comes to a close, she is sad to say goodbye to her students, but she is grateful to know that the world will be better because her students are in it.

Mr. Henderson has been teaching for ten years, with two years here in Prosper. Greg Bradley, the principal at Reynolds Middle School, says that Mr. Henderson’s positive attitude and approach to life are contagious. He is an example to all of us, and his excitement about education and building relationships is infectious. Mr. Henderson strives to be a role model that students can look up to when they are in need of guidance and support. Prosper High School: Mrs. Adria Butcher, AP English teacher and department chair, is Prosper High School’s teacher of the year. Mrs. Butcher has taught for 11 years, with the past six years here in Prosper ISD. Greg Wright, the principal at Prosper High School, says that Mrs. Butcher is a once-in-a-lifetime teacher who brings excellence into the classroom every day. She has an unbelievable connection with her students and has the uncanny ability to bring her lessons to life and relatable to her students. She demonstrates the essence of what makes a teacher great. Mrs. Butcher loves to help mold future generations to become readers, writers, and communicators so they may find wisdom from the past and success in the future. WeAreProsper.com

Town Matters
T wn Matters From the Mayor’s Desk
By Mayor Ray Smith
National Police Week
We’re all very fortunate to live in such a safe town, where we can go about our daily lives without the fear and anxiety of having to be vigilant against a constant criminal threat. Not all cities and towns are in such an enviable position.
is responsible for much of it. In their own quiet way, our Police Officers work tirelessly to ensure that our homes, our streets, our parks, our schools, and our neighborhoods are free of the kind of crime that many other cities and towns face every day.
Our residents, fortunately, can feel a sense of comfort and relief in the fact that we are consistently rated among the safest and securest communities in the state. Year after year, our crime rate continues a downward trend. Violent crime is extremely rare, although some domestic disputes will flare up every once in a while. Property crimes are also on the decline, even as there are occasional crimes of opportunity with some property carelessly left in unlocked vehicles.
The members of the Prosper Police Department, under the direction and leadership of Chief Doug Kowalski and Assistant Chief Gary McHone, have created an atmosphere of trust and confidence in what they do, how they do it, and why they do it. We are truly fortunate to have such a fine police force in Prosper. They are professional, well-trained and committed to our safety and well-being. I have met most of the officers, and can honestly say that I would trust each of them without reservation.
But, all in all, Prosper is a safe community where we can raise our kids, get to know our neighbors, enjoy the fruits of our hard work, and maintain a household that suits our preferences. Our schools are safe, our neighborhoods are clean, and our businesses enjoy the security of conducting commerce without the worry of burglaries or assaults.
May 15 is National Peace Officers Memorial Day…a day when the country pauses to remember those officers who have given the ultimate sacrifice. By Presidential decree, the week that includes May 15 is declared as Police Week. This year, that’s Sunday, May 15 through Saturday, May 21. We’ll kick off Police Week with the annual Community Safety Initiative on Saturday, May 14 at Frontier Park from 8 a.m. to noon. I hope you’ll join Lena and me at the event and help us honor our Police Officers not only during National Police Week, but all year long.
All that, however, doesn’t just happen. In addition to the commitment of residents to do their part to maintain a safe and secure community, the hard work of our Police Department

From homemade childhood favorites that warm the heart to delectable desserts, no one works their magic in the kitchen quite like mom. When trying to decide what to get your favorite lady for Mother’s Day this year, look for gifts that allow her to channel her inner foodie, chef or baker. The best gifts are always those that keep on giving. Through Cook for the Cure, a 15-year partnership between KitchenAid and Susan G. Komen, more than $10.7 million has been raised for the fight against breast cancer. In 2016, KitchenAid will donate at least $450,000 to Komen through the program, regardless of sales. The Cook for the Cure product collection, ranging from pink stand mixers and polka dot bowls to pink food choppers, painted plates and hand mixers, is an easy way to give thanks to mom and raise awareness for a cause that benefits so many women. For other gift ideas that help support the cause, visit www.KitchenAid.com and http://CookfortheCure. KitchenAid.com.
Timeless Kitchen Addition Add a pop of pink to mom’s kitchen with a classic gift that will endure for years. With an elegant 5-quart capacity glass bowl, the Artisan Design® Series’ premium metallic Raspberry Ice finish adds radiance to any kitchen countertop. It can handle multiple batches of dough while its 10 speed settings allow cooks to knead, mix and whip a variety of foods and ingredients. With additional attachments that can make everything from pasta to ice cream to spiralized fruits and vegetables, this mixer ($459.99) helps mom take her culinary creativity to a whole new level.

MEMORIAL DAY PROGRAM TO HONOR ALL VETERANS MONDAY, MAY 30, 2016 11:00am - 12:30pm FRONTIER PARK The Prosper Historical Society will present the first of what we hope will be many Memorial Day celebrations on Monday, May 30th, 2016 from 11:00 A. M. to 12:30 P. M. at the Pavilion in Frontier Park. Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, is a day of remembrance for those who have died in service for the United States of America. Unfortunately, its significance is sometimes confused or distorted and often lost by commercialism. In the early years Memorial Day used to be observed by holding church services (which were filled), not by going to stores (which were closed). Memorial Day is a day of opportunity to give thanks for all that we are blessed with because of the honor and courage of our veterans. We should also rededicate ourselves to our country and to America’s living veterans and their families. We must keep the legacy of our national patriots and veterans fresh in the memories of future generations. We are bound by honor to memorialize those who fought and died to preserve our dreams. The courage and valor of our nation’s veterans have kept us safe. The observance at Frontier Park will feature musical renditions, readings and recitations, patriotic songs and messages. This is a wonderful way for families of Prosper and surrounding areas to come together and honor our veterans. Seating is limited so feel free to bring your lawn chairs or blankets and enjoy this Memorial Day Program.

Cook Up a Mot her’s Day t o Remember honoring women across the United States and globally. Each year, the winery gives $100,000 to women making a difference in their communities through their Seeds of Empowerment program. For more recipes and ideas to enhance your celebrations, visit cambriawines. com. Mother’s Day is a time for wining, dining and celebrating moms everywhere. Make this Mother’s Day one to remember by hosting a special brunch gettogether for the special ladies in your life. Although quality time together is the true purpose of the day, you can add some special touches to help create a one-of-a-kind brunch to share old memories while you make new ones. Plan your tablescape. Colorful, fragrant flowers and luxurious linens make your everyday table shine. Use plates in complementing shades and sparkling glassware for an elegant touch. If you have room, add personal touches to the centerpiece, such as mementoes from shared trips or small picture frames with pictures of the two of you through the years. Prepare a sophisticated menu. Give a nod to the importance of the day with dishes that are a step above standard brunch fare. A richly flavored entree such as this Spring Vegetable and Chevre Tart looks elegant but is surprisingly easy to make. For a cohesive spread, remember to give the basics a boost, too, such as a homemade flavored whipped butter. Offer a gift with meaning. To truly elevate the occasion, serve (or gift) your mom with a deliciously meaningful wine, such as Cambria Benchbreak Chardonnay or Pinot Noir from the famed Santa Maria bench in Santa Barbara County. Cambria is a family-owned winery that believes in

Homemade Whipped Butter 1/2 quart heavy cream 1/2 teaspoon salt (up to 3/4 teaspoon, to taste) In food processor, mix butter until cream turns to consistency of cottage cheese and starts to separate from buttermilk, about 3-5 minutes of constant mixing. Strain butter from buttermilk. Use wooden spoon to knead butter in water (just like dough) to remove all remaining buttermilk. Drain and repeat until water is clear. Remaining whipped butter is ready to serve or for adding flavoring ingredients.

According to the American Cancer Society, in 2015 it is estimated that one out of every five invasive breast cancer diagnoses were diagnosed to women under the age of 50. Yet, the American Cancer Society and the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force have both issued guidelines that are not only conflicting, but confusing to women on whether to start their mammography screenings at 40, 45 or 50; whether to go annually or every other year; and even whether or not to conduct self-breast examinations. For nearly 25 years, notable organizations like the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and the American College of Radiology concur that a woman should begin her annual screening at age 40. Study after study shows that the earlier a woman finds an issue, the better her options and outcomes. And, according to the American Cancer Society itself, the 5-year survival rate is 100 percent for women diagnosed with stage 0 and 1 breast cancer. In addition, a woman may avoid the difficulties of longer and more invasive treatment if she finds an issue early, rather than later. Simply put, mammography is the closest thing we have to a cure. We’ve come so far in early detection breakthroughs that I see these guidelines as a major setback. As a 30-year leader specializing only in breast imaging, Solis Mammography has created an infographic to help clear up some of the confusion caused by recent conflicting recommendations. What we really want women to understand is that early detection can and does help women under 50 every day. Research shows that women diagnosed with breast cancer between 40-50 years of age typically have more aggressive rates of tumor growth. For this reason, especially, it is critical that younger women adhere strictly to the annual screening interval. One of our patients in North Texas, breast cancer survivor, wife and mother of four children Larissa Linton believes early detection saved her life. She was 45 when doctors found stage 0 cancer. "It's ridiculous to recommend that women put off mammograms until age 50. Imagine if my cancer had kept growing undetected for another 5 years? I might not still be here. We need to support women and send a consistent message that 40 is the age to start screenings." Women need to remember that the earlier they find any particular anomaly (not just breast cancer), the better and easier her options for treatment. Early detection has long-term benefits including shorter treatment times; the potential to avoid a mastectomy, chemotherapy or radiation; and overall improved quality of life. In short, women should be empowered with the knowledge to make the best choices for themselves based on their unique health history and primary care physician’s recommendations. Peace of mind, overall wellness and long life all come from early detection.

In His Presence
Honor Your Mother
Exodus 20:12 New Living Translation (NLT) 12 “Honor your father and mother. Then you will live a long, full life in the land the Lord your God is giving you. Honor is pivotal when dealing with our parents and specifically our mothers. Honor in this passage of scripture means to prize highly, to show respect, to glorify and exalt. There are many ways that we can honor our Mothers on this special day. We can cheer her heart tangibly by way of thoughtful gifts, well-written words on a card, or even just our presence. The Mothers in our lives deserve our best. It has been a pleasure in my life to have the mother that I do and in turn to get to watch my beautiful wife mother our two children. The grace with which God gifts a mother is seen in several ways. They love like nobody else, they serve like nobody else, they pray like nobody else, they encourage like nobody else, they cheer like nobody else, they gently instruct like nobody else, and the list goes on and on. Here are some unidentified words that best describe Mother.: Her love outlasts all human love, Her faith endures the conquest’s hardest test; Her grace and patience through a lifetime prove, That she’s a friend, the noblest and best. A Mother truly represents the heart of God. Through a Mother, we see what unconditional love truly is. We see what it means to forgive when a wrong has occurred. We see what true joy is when watching mother celebrate our victories and we learn what grace is when watching mother console us after a failure. Mothers are the heartbeat of the family, no matter if you are parenting alone or not. The mother of the family seems to always be graced with the right thing to say at just the right moment. Just as God has exactly what we need for whatever it is that we face, we can see how this is lived through motherhood. Mothers we thank you and we love you! We would not be the men, women, fathers, mothers, spouses, and friends that we are if it was not for you. I pray that all of our Mothers have a wonderful Mother’s Day. I leave you with this - a Tribute to Mothers:

God made the streams that gurgle down the purple mountainside; He made the gorgeous coloring with which the sunset’s dyed. He made the hills and covered them with glory; and He made The sparkle on the dewdrop and the flecks of light and shade. Then knowing all earth needed was a climax for her charms, He made a little woman with a baby in her arms. He made the arching rainbow that is thrown across the sky. He made the blessed flowers that nod and smile as we pass by. He made the gladsome beauty as she bows with queenly grace. But sweetest of them all, He made the love light in the face That bends above a baby, warding off the world’s alarms That dainty little woman with a baby in her arms. A soft pink wrap embellished with a vine in silken thread, A flimsy, snow-white cap upon a downy little head, A dress ‘twould make the winter drift look dusty by its side, Two cheeks with pure rose-petal tint, two blue eyes wonder wide, And bending o’er—the mother face imbued with heaven’s own charms, God bless the little woman with a baby in her arms. —Author Unknown

from other pieces in your closet, and avoid the things that make you feel off, frumpy, or not “you.” Here’s a quick example from my closet. By just asking myself what I like and making a mental note, I’ve realized I gravitate toward mostly neutrals, but the details are what make an outfit for me. Usually I wear some sort of feminine touch- a bow detail, some floral, lace, or a pop of sparkle. Knowing that makes it really easy to get dressed in an outfit that makes me feel great and gives me energy to tackle my day. Here, I added a striped blush blouse, delicate necklace, and heels to balance the structured blazer and jeans- perfect for a casual Friday look! Anyone can use these questions to develop an “eye” for style. Try it this month and see what you find out about your own style! Coming up, we’ll: • Take a peek at a few styling tricks that will make you look polished and put together instantly; • And learn how to find the holes in your closet that will make it more versatile plus feel more like you!

The Importance of Hormone Balance By Marcy Henson, MS, APRN FNP-C
H
ormones are an important part of emotional stability and quality of life. An imbalance of hormones can affect your health, quality of life, and chronic disease risk. When in balance, hormones help promote feelings of calmness, peace, contentment, hope, confidence, and control. But when levels are inadequate or imbalanced, the effects—for both men and women—can include anxiety, depression, irritability, agitation, insomnia, weight gain, fatigue, and decreased mental clarity. Women can also experience a decreased libido. Even worse, hormonal imbalances can increase the risk of chronic conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s, and osteoporosis. Balancing hormones provides symptom relief, creates a sense of balance and reduce the risk of chronic disease. There are professionally agreed-upon industry standard levels for most hormones. However, there is no “normal” range for testosterone. Testosterone plays an important role in controlling anxiety in both men and women. The body uses the “fight or flight” response to release hormones such as adrenaline and cortisol when the body is under stress. As cortisol levels increase, free testosterone levels decrease. Once the testosterone levels normalize, the stress hormones—and anxiety levels—normalize. It is commonly known that patients who exercise regularly tend to report lower anxiety and a greater overall sense of wellbeing. This sense of calm is popularly understood to result from the endorphins released during exercise which comes from increased levels of testosterone which is at its highest just after exercise. Hormones need to be balanced because they play an essential role in emotional stability and overall health. It is our goal to create balance with all hormones for our patients to improve their quality of life, increase their activity level and improve symptoms of anxiety or depression. It is also our goal to reduce the amount of pharmaceutical treatment need to control symptoms of imbalanced hormones. Most of the time, we are able to wean patients off of antidepressant medication once hormone balance is achieved.

Most healthcare providers agree that synthetic hormone replacement methods have an increased risk of significant dangerous side effects. For example, the 2010 Women’s Health Intuitive findings provide evidence that synthetic estrogen replacement contributes to an increased risk of breast cancer and blood clots. But as other studies show, bioidentical estradiol is a safer alternative. Bioidentical hormones are plant based hormones extracted from soy that are chemically identical to the hormones produced by the body. These natural, plant-based products are available in two forms—creams and pellets—and according to evidence-based research, are a safe, effective alternative to synthetic hormone replacements and can help patients achieve an improved hormone balance and an overall sense of wellbeing. The bioidentical hormone replacement industry does face certain obstacles. One is the assumption that all hormones are created equally, and therefore have the same potential side effects. But evidence based research does not support this view. There is also some concern that cream-based hormones might rub off on others, particularly children and animals. This is true for bio-identical and synthetic creams. Pellet therapy can be an excellent choice for men and women that provides a safer alternative without the risk of exposing others to hormones. It is a minor, in-office procedure that implants a small pellet of bio-identical hormones under the skin. Pellets are approximately the size of a tic-tac, provide continuous balanced levels of hormones and last four to six months. It is important to find a hormone specialist with advanced training. Our Certified BioTE Medical Practitioners use pellet therapy to offer reproducible, consistent, evidence-based outcomes while providing a safe alternative to synthetic hormone replacement. We would love to discuss individual options with you! For more information, please visit us at familyfocusedcare.com or www.biotemedical.com.
