In addition, Distillery Channel Media, (DCM), has grown through years of research and development, a network of 156 Roku Channels, Amazon Fire Productions, social media feeds and website-based capabilities that few, if any, have in this market.

“The MAJiiK App”, becomes a unique additional delivery resource for (DCM) and an influencer among ad agencies and sponsorship acquisition.

• (DCM) has millions of followers through its diverse reaches of social media, MAJiiK, Distillery Channel Media Platform, and an organic six-month growth on Roku and Vimeo. DCM did, on Friday, June 30, 2022. DCM realized we had created the ability to deliver live streaming media through OTT productions on social media, DCM's own website, Roku, iOS, Android, Amazon Fire and through a new patent pending media, MAJiiK Interactive Media app. DCM realized it was the only media company who had this combination of media delivery, and still today, October 8, 2022.

The above realization was rather self-satisfying and quite humbling; after ten years of brand building, thousands of media productions, years of research, and investing the capital and time on how to become a multi-channel Roku content producer, with the addition of an international advertising agencies wanting to coordinate unrelenting income through a network sponsorship deck.

DCM understood it had developed channel concepts over the years, which have a unique social and economic drivers, with stories that people want to hear and see. “Live Eco Style”, “Global Eco Traveling”, “Happy Hour Lifestyle Show”, “Coffee & Tidbits” and the (DCM) “on Roku Series” were uploaded to Roku for unfolding and monetizing. DCM realized the following: a major capital infusion for advancing this plan and capturing the move to OTT by the consumer will generate potentially billions of dollars income for DCM growing channel distributions.

COMPANY OVERVIEW (DCM) is an effective team of content producers and company members who have spent years building proprietary markets for media delivery. DCM has focused research and development, while breaking barriers to entry in the mass media markets. Using principal's investment, with no loans in place, DCM has survived 2020-Covid and now flourishing. DCM could grow slowly or seek an investor.

• Company Summary: (DCM) was founded through research due to the fast-paced growth of the distillery, winery, and brewery craft businesses; not to produce such, but to be the “Voice of The Small Craft Industry” . We did such by contacting and interviewing on air, most state organizations and craft businesses to get their feedback. Realizing they had serious challenges in staying in connection with their market admirers, (DCM) created podcasts, syndication on radio, and multiple magazines delivered electronically, for the craft businesses to disperse to their members. (DCM) built these relationships year after year while producing thousands of media productions, live interviews and traveling across the USA from Hawaii to Florida. During 2020 we had time to do research in media and found our relationship with MAJiiK Interactive Media, LLC. We structured a contract that gives us 70% of income we produce using their media delivery on their MAJiiK App.

• Company History: Originally, in 2012, DCM grew to be a travel show similar to Anthony Bordaine; but on a brighter side and more travel oriented. DCM formed Global Eco Traveling, LLC; and as the eco lifestyle was growing; and we substantiated that movement existing in conversations with Orbitz. DCM found through research that 67% of travelers, if given the option, would choose eco minded travel. Through another survey by Conde Nast, DCM substantiated that 92% of all people, considered themselves eco-minded. However, no one had defined what that meant.

DCM then created “Live Eco Style, Inc.” realizing DCM defined a "Movement and a Worldwide Lifestyle" . Live Eco Style, Inc in now acclaimed for defining worldwide an "Eco Minded and Joyous LifeStyle".

During this period from 2014 to current, DEM produced golf, lifestyle, muscia, media, sipping and travel podcasts with nationally recognized persona. DCM holds official media credentials in the worlds of golf, sports, cinema and destination travel. Art Strickland, President of the Texas Golf Writers Association, and former Pulitzer Nominee is co-host with Randy Weckerly on “Happy Hour

Lifestyle Show”.

DCM host trips to the most iconic destinations of the Major Golf events, from the Masters to The Open and PGA Championship. Most of our media talent is on the same national and international level of professional status.

Having been on Mutual of Omaha’s Wild Kingdom, Mr. Weckerly has been interested in media, standup comedy and acting, while gaining his SAG Card in 1978. Mr. Weckerly has also developed every brick of this company, while doing research on every level and returning to college for three semesters doing research for Live Eco Style and media law and delivery in 2009-10.

• Rob Ladd EVP of Media Acquisition and Marketing. Mr. Ladd has been a business partner of Mr. Weckerly since 2002 and led the investigations and research of all product lines while developing national relationships on state levels.

• Andy Paulson Business Manager and Partner providing the business knowledge, structure and development financially through all years. A former executive business banker, Mr. Paulson gives his guidance and financial oversight.

• Joanne Tallon Magazine Editor and Distribution Director and Partner. Ms. Tallon oversees the growth and development, copy editing of “The Next Taste Magazine” and formerly “Links & Libations” and soon producing three new magazines, “Beer Booze and Wine”,"LiveEcoStyel"and “Boomers”.

• Robert Aldrich Eco Minded and Story Telling visionary. Mr. Aldrich is an outdoors man, National Cross Country Skiing Technical Director and develops relationships in the sustainable world.

• Dina Garcia, RDN Ms. Garcia is on air co-host of “Dina Garcia Show” from Miami. She is a leading registered dietitian nutritionist and develops a healthy lifestyle for her followers. Dina is a classically smart woman and growing her business on a national basis, while wanting to develop a cooking show with (DCM).

• Robert Mills Mr. Mills is a co-host on many features developing his historical perspectives of selected topics of conversations on (DCM’s) “Coffee & Tidbits” Mr. Mills depth of knowledge and research leads to his huge following of a growing list on our Roku productions. Mr. Mills is an outdoor nature lover, mountain climber, aviator, tour guide and former class action attorney, since retired.

• Art Stricklin Mr. Stricklin is co-host on “The Art of Golf Travel” and “Happy Hour Lifestyle Show” with Ole Uncle Randy. Fully credentialed in sports, golf and travel, and former Pulitzer Nominee and author of 19 books, Mr. Stricklin adds his world connections to the mix of our Roku productions.

• Phyllis Spielman Army Vet, Actress, Hollywood Producer and co host of “Coffee & Tidbits”, Ms. Spielman adds beauty, charm, professionalism in show development and future visions of new shows and locations on Roku.

• Dave Trevelino Former Master Chef of the PGA Tour, Dave is best at home raising money for his yearly mission to feed our nation’s sailors on Nuclear Submarines during the Christmas Holiday. (DCM) has helped Dave raise money every year prior to Covid for this mission.
