Golden accolade for Lovell

HE North West region of housebuilder Lovell has scooped a gold award for customer service in an independent national survey.

The accolade, awarded by In-house Research, is given to housebuilders if at least 90% of their customers would recommend them. In Lovell’s case, this was an impressive 96.9% in the North West. This latest gong follows on from Lovell scooping a fivestar award for customer satisfaction from the Home Builders Federation (HBF) earlier this year. Elaine Taylor, regional sales manager for Lovell in the North West, said: “As a

region, we’re extremely proud of both this award and our five-star award from the HBF. Customer recommendation is one of the strongest indicators that we’re offering the right level of service, and to achieve this standard with 96.9% of our customers is excellent. “We will use these awards as motivation to continue to strive for the highest levels of customer satisfaction again next year.” Through an independent survey undertaken by Inhouse Research, all customers were asked whether they would recommend Lovell based on the whole experience of purchasing a new home. Lovell has achieved the gold award both nation-

ally and at regional level for the North West. Malcolm Pitcher, managing director of In-house Research, said: “During the last 12 months we have witnessed many of our clients achieving very high scores for overall customer satisfaction and recommendation. This really does show that the industry is improving year-on-year. “New home-owners want to talk about their experience. As a result, our clients are taking the whole customer experience very seriously and want to ensure that their customers have the best possible service throughout the whole process of purchasing their new home.”
