Builder gives couple easy start

HEN first time buyers Christopher Preston and his partner Samantha Jones started looking for their first property together they were horrified by the huge deposit required on the open market.
However, thanks to a shared equity scheme, the couple were able to buy their dream home with just a fraction of the deposit they expected at Taylor Wimpey North West’s Watermill Gardens in Bromborough. Using Easystart meant we could
secure a new home with a deposit of just 5%.
