The dam, Velvet Stiletto, is a no nonsense, hardy, productive doe that raises triplets year after year and never sees a kidding pen. She also has a proven show career. The sire, Titanium, is like all the 3MB bucks I’ve had over the years... hardy and tough as nails and their daughters always milk. Not only is this a great way to add a pretty doeling to your herd but also help out the SGBA as 100% of the proceeds go towards this event. She sells as commercial but seller is willing to register at 75% which will be at the buyers expense.

Extra Edition is a very clean fronted buck with good width in the chest floor and muscling from front to back. 2017 GHIP data for this buckling is as follows; ADG birth to weaning - 0.55, WDA birth to weaning - 0.66, Total ADJWW - 62.08 lb. I absolutely love her height and width to rear udder and her GA and smoothness of blending is what the “W” line is known for here. Her Littermate brother was one of my main sires last fall and some outstanding consist kids on the ground and I am keeping one son as my main sire this fall. When asked about participation in this sale to promote our thriving industry I knew within minutes that this kid was my pick to represent Pepperpot.

SGBA SUMMER EXTRAVAGANZA BREEDING STOCK SALE Sale Terms and Conditions All sale entries are subject to SGBA Summer Extravaganza’s General Rules and Regulations 1. The code of ethics of the Canadian Meat Goat Association and the Canadian Goat Society will be recognized and honoured. 2. All sale animals on the sale premises must have passed the health check inspection. 3. All sale animals must be guaranteed reproductively sound by the seller. 4. Sale management and sale representatives reserve the right to limit sale entries or to deny entry to anyone. 5. The SGBA will provide telephone and internet bidding. To bid over the internet, buyers must have an account set up at www.livestockplus.ca prior to the sale. Buyers wishing to bid over the phone must make prior arrangements with sale management. 6. Sellers may place a reserve bid on any animal they place in the sale. Sellers are responsible for providing the reserve bid amount to the sale management. Sale management will provide this to the sale announcer prior to the start of sale. If the highest bid does not meet or exceed the reserve bid, that animal will pass through the sale ring unsold. It is the responsibility of any interested buyer to contact the seller directly to inquire about reserve bids on the consigned animals. 7. Original registration papers and signed transfers for Purebred animals over 6 months of age must be available at the sale. Signed transfers and registration applications must be available for animals under 6 months age. It is the responsibility of the seller to transfer and complete registration on sold animals within 30 days of the sale date. 8. Once animals are sold and paid for they become the responsibility of the purchaser, and must be removed from the Moose Jaw Exhibition grounds barns no later than July 30th, 2017 at 11 pm. 9. No animals will be released until the end of the sale or without a signed release form from the Barn Boss. 10. Payment for animals purchased during the sale must be made by CASH, CHEQUE OR E-TRANSFER at the sale office.( located in the Golden Mile Arena) 11. Sales commission is 7 percent of the final sale price. If an animal passes through the ring unsold because the reserve was not met, the seller must still pay 7 percent commission on the reserve bid placed.
