The first and foremost step, before commencing the construction work of any
structure be it official or residential, is to worship one’s Kuldevta, Lord Ganesha, Lord
Kshetrapal, the VaastuPurush and the Dikpatis (lord of all directions) wholeheartedly.
The laborers appointed for the construction work should be given good rewards and
should be satisfied completely as well.
