Lamb Meatballs

with Honey Mustard Sauce

Introduce these flavours to each other at your next gathering and watch the chemistry explode!

Ingredients

Method

500g lean lamb mince 1 egg, lightly beaten 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs 1 large apple, grated 2 teaspoons dried oregano 2 tablespoons fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves, chopped Salt and pepper, to taste Olive oil cooking spray

Preheat oven to 180째C. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.

Honey mustard sauce: 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 tablespoon dijon mustard 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice

Combine mince, egg, breadcrumbs, apple, oregano, half the parsley, and salt and pepper in a bowl. Mix well. Shape tablespoonfuls of mince mixture into balls. Arrange in a single layer on baking trays. Spray with oil and bake for 20 minutes, swapping trays halfway through, or until meatballs are just cooked through. Meanwhile make the honey mustard sauce. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk until smooth. Serve on a platter with honey mustard sauce on the side for dipping.
