Crunchy Protein Bites
Packed with protein to keep you going, these gluten-free, dairy-free, no-bake bites are the perfect guilt-free snack.
Ingredients
Method
1 cup almond flour 1 scoop raw protein powder of your choice 1/4 cup sesame seeds 1/4 cup chia seeds 1/4 cup raw cacao powder 1/2 cup nut butter of your choice 1 tablespoon coconut oil (liquid/melted) 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
Combine all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until well combined or in a crumbly, paste-type consistency. Scoop small spoonfuls and squeeze tightly in the palm of your hands then roll into a small ball. Roll to coat in extra sesame seeds, cacao powder, coconut, or chia seeds. Refrigerate until firm, then enjoy. Makes 20 (approx.)
