Australian fashion has always played by a different set of rules than the rest of the world, being quite isolated from other major fashion hubs of the world and the seasons of Australia being out of sync with those other hubs around the globe.

Dijon Salmon Crunchy coated succulent salmon with a hint of herbs and nuts.

Ingredients

Method

Did you know

1/4 cup butter melted

Preheat oven to 200ยบC. In a small bowl, stir together butter, mustard and honey. Set aside. In another bowl, mix together bread crumbs, pecans and parsley. Brush each salmon fillet lightly with honey mustard mixture and sprinkle the tops of the fillets with the bread crumb mixture. Bake salmon for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven or until it flakes easily with a fork. Season with salt and pepper and garnish with lime.

After buying, wrap salmon in waxed paper or place in a covered dish and refrigerate the salmon. It is important to cook the salmon as soon as possible, although fresh salmon can be refrigerated for a day or two. Frozen salmon may be stored in the freezer for up to six months.
