Choccy Cookies
Try not to eat too many choc chips before you pop these tasty treats in the oven.
Ingredients
Method
125g butter
Preheat moderate oven.
1/2 cup brown sugar
Grease approximately 3 trays or line with baking paper.
1 tsp vanilla essence
Cream together butter and sugars until fluffy.
1 3/4 cups self raising flour, sifted
Add vanilla essence to lightly beaten egg and gradually add to mixture.
1/2 cup sugar 1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
200g milk choc chips

Mix in sifted flour and salt. Add choc chips. Using one teaspoon of mixture, roll into balls and put on prepared trays. Cook in moderate oven (180ยบC) for 8-12 minutes.
