FUZE & FURIOUS Looking for a new workout to test your limits? Pure has just launched FUZE, a boutique studio concept at their Kinwick Centre location that combines strength, boxing, cardio and functional high intensity training. The sessions are full of CrossFit-style exercises that are designed to exhaust, with bear crawls and burpees mixed in with ball slams and boxing, and capped off with treadmill sprints to max out your heart rate. Each class is designed to push your body to new limits so it’s recommended that participants exercise regularly, have a solid level of fitness, and be ready to work. EARTH TO YOGIS With bamboo flooring, naturally sourced mats, eco-friendly heating panels and pollution-busting plants, Be Earth Yoga doesn’t just look beautiful, it has some serious green credentials too. Even though it’s located right in the centre of the city, the new boutique studio in Central has taken inspiration from natural elements to create a space that helps students feel calmer, more energised and ultimately more grounded. The wide range of classes are purposefully kept small so that teachers can provide individual instruction or guidance whenever it’s required.
