TIP: Add dry ingredients to the wet in batches, to ensure they mix together more evenly.
INGREDIENTS • 1/4 cup coconut oil • 1/4 cup sugar • 1/3 cup brown sugar • 2 tbsp non-dairy milk • 3/4 cup flour • 1/4 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder • 1/3 cup Conspiracy Chocolate chunks, or other vegan chocolate 1. Mix the dry ingredients in one bowl. 2. Mix the wet ingredients in a separate bowl. 3. Mix wet and dry ingredients together. 4. Form small balls with the dough using your hands, and line on a parchment paper on a baking tray 5. Sprinkle with sea salt (optional). 6. Bake 12-15 min at 170 ° C 7. Let cool for 15 minutes, and enjoy! INSTRUCTIONS:
