1. Decentralized process In a centralized management system, power is limited to one person or a group of people, such as a CEO or board of directors.

When this power is decentralized, lower levels of management are more involved in the decision making process and overall process quality improves as a result.

Rather than having to delete them manually, these entries can be joined into a single entry, clearing up the system.

While a company can take the time to train employees on complex systems, it can oftentimes be more intuitive to use a system that’s easier to understand from the beginning.
