Help me so that I can stay focused on my mission to PowerUp My Life! Help me stay focused so I can catch myself if I wear a tutu! Too new, too old, too young, knowing too much, knowing too little, too fast, too slow - Help me shake off those tutus and realize that I have the power! For everyone who asks receives, God, help me look to the past with gratitude and to the future with hope. I ask that you help me stay present in the moment and not see this work, today, as just a stepping-stone to something else but I should become fascinated with the shape of this stone you have allowed me to be on today! Help me take each day and all the ideas and thoughts that have gotten me this far and realize that while I am here to sharpen my life ‘pencils’, I shouldn't forget that even dull pencils leave a mark. Clarity of Mind Means Clarity of Purpose. #JournalTime We don't live in townhomes, two story houses, duplexes or apartments. We live in our minds. Yes, that is our permanent residence. One we will never be able to escape. And there are no constraints of square-feet there. It’s a vast space with unlimited surface area. Our body could be living in a beachfront million dollar home or a tin roof shack in a desert and no matter how organized our physical home is - Our garage, balcony, kitchen, bedroom, closets - life is only good when things are sorted out in our mind. Mental clarity is the lifeblood of all our aspirations. However, our minds is typically where we keep things messy - regrets piling up in one corner, expectations stuffed in a closet, secrets under the bed, fear swept under the rug, worries littered everywhere, comparisons spilling on the table like spoilt milk, complexes leaking from the ceiling, and negative self talk like cockroaches roaming in daylight. What does your mind really look like? Be aware because for this “real home” there is no outsourcing it’s housekeeping and cleaning schedule. 1. I have to do it myself. 2. I have to do the work. 3.
